The aroma of ginjo is only faintly perceptible.
In the mouth, it is a delicious, sharp, slightly dry sake with a mildly sour and bitter taste.

It is a sake that feels sharp and dry on the palate.
There was a label on the top of the bottle that said [supervised by Leiji Matsumoto], wasn't there?
I searched for the label and found that it was a collaboration between "Arcadia of Warring States," which was published when Leiji Matsumoto was 80 years old, and sake breweries in 47 prefectures in Japan, and the selected representative generals and military commanders of each prefecture were represented by Leiji Matsumoto's character on the label and sold as a sake.
So I guess this means that other prefectures also have sake with [character labels supervised by Leiji Matsumoto]...! 🥰

Today, I was going to have a drink in Chigasaki with a friend whom I would meet again after a long time, and we chose [SAKE BAR Nari].
We had it in a sealed bottle.
I was curious about this sake while looking at the white four-pack at the liquor store.
I had refrained from buying it because I was afraid that if it was too heavy like Dobrok, it would not be to my liking and I would not be able to take a second sip.
The sake was crisp and slightly sweeter than I had expected.
On the other hand, the ori of muddy sake still lingered in the mouth, so I gave it a 3-star rating for my taste 😅.

Slightly fruity aroma, slight acidity on the tongue and a pineapple-like aroma on the nose, slightly dry sake.

The aroma is slightly fruity, and in the mouth, it is a dry sake with a good balance of acidity and bitterness that slightly stimulates the tongue, and a slightly lactic aftertaste that lingers on the palate.

The aroma is simple and not too much. On the palate, it is tangy and dry with a strong acidity on the tongue, followed by a lychee-like taste in the mouth. It is a sharp, light and dry sake.

This is also slightly amber in color, and the aroma is not strong. In the mouth, the acidity and bitterness are even stronger. This is another dry sake with a unique flavor.

It's going to be a local sake festival in Shimane Prefecture today 😃.
However, the first glass of [Shinigami] was too strong and left a lingering taste in my mouth, so I'm not sure what will happen next 😅.
This one is a little amber in color.
The aroma is not strong, and in the mouth it is a dry sake with a slightly acidic and bitter taste.
This one also has a slight tangy stimulation on the tongue. Is this a characteristic of Li Bai Shuzo's sake? 🧐

Dark amber in color with an old sake-like aroma, it is dry with a strong acidity in the mouth...
It was a very strong sake with a unique and peculiar taste, with a bitter taste that left a lingering sensation in the mouth after drinking.
It is not my favorite sake, so I gave it 2 stars😅.

The aroma is slightly fruity.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a mild lactic acid taste.
I personally don't like lactic acid taste, so I gave it 3 stars 😅.
Chigasaki Nari: 20250812 ましらのやまさんDaiginjyo Uyamaiishi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% Yamadanishiki, 40% polished rice ratio, 17% ALC
The ginjo aroma is only faintly present. In the mouth, it is a mellow sake with a slight acidity 😋.

Naeba Shuzo was the brewer of "Naebayama" 🤗.
The aroma was moderately fruity, and in the mouth it had the characteristic shwashiness of nama-shu, with moderate acidity and a lactic acid taste.

The brewer was Ota Sake Brewery in Iga City, Mie Prefecture, which makes Hanzo, a local sake in Mie Prefecture.
I heard from the master of Chirori that a former Chirori worker had gone independent... and since the store is close by, I decided to haggle and drop by 😅🤗.
We had it in a sealed bottle.
The aroma is not so strong and fruity, and on the palate, it has a slightly mellow taste with soft acidity and a little bitterness, which gives it a unique habit, but I think it is a delicious sake.

This was the last day to enjoy Chigasaki Kappo Miyagawa's July sake.
We headed out for lunch on foot in the hot weather, keeping hydrated💦.
It has a subtle hint of ginjo aroma and a clean, light, dry taste on the palate, making it easy to drink and not get tired of drinking 🥰😋.
In August, they were Drunken Whale, Raifuku, and Koshinohomare.
My first encounter was with Koshi no Homare, but it's been a while since I've had Raifuku, so I'll have to come back twice for lunch! 😃🤗
