This is the 7th sake at Natsuhana 🥳.
It is a dry and crisp sake with a unique raw taste 😋.
It was just the right sake to finish off the meal while slurping Yamagata's famous hittari udon 😍.
I forgot to take a picture of the last udon 😅.
There are two types of dipping soup: a yam version and a natto version... udon and sake to finish off the meal... I was very satisfied 🥰.

This is my 6th sake at Natsuhana 😆.
I've encountered AKABU's ginjoshu with Yamadanishiki, Sake Mirai, and Yunokou, but I finally came across Omachi: ✌️
I think it is a full-bodied, yet refreshing and delicious sake 🥰.

This is the fifth sake at Natsuhana.
It is a delicious sake with a delightful 😚 flavor that tingles on the tongue, characteristic of nama-shu 😋.

Takachiyo Shuzo Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture
This is the fourth sake at Natsuhana.
According to the staff, it is a new brand of Takachidai Shuzo, benchmarked against "Jyushidai Honmaru" and there is also a blue label version 😃.
The menu included ayu fish, chicken cartilage with ume plum paste, and thick fried tofu.
It has a slightly habitual bitterness, but it is a smooth and easy to drink sake and was delicious as a food sake 🥰.

This was my third sake at Natsuhana. I cheerfully ordered "Jyushiro from ‼︎", but they said "Sorry, they ran out just now...".

I had planned to have it after some delicious food and some snacks, but it turned out to be a bad idea 😭I wanted to drink the Jyushiyou Ryu no Bastard...I wish I had!
After getting myself together, I chose Koei Kiku's first encounter with the brand [Gekko].
It's a little dry and refreshing with a shwashy feel 😋.
I also felt the aroma had a little bit of a habit 😅.

I held off on the Jyushiyo for a bit longer and chose the first encounter of the packaged sake [Tsukihaku] 🤗.
I later regretted this decision 😭.
It had a subtle ginjo aroma and was a refreshingly light and dry drink that is typical of Niigata 😋.

It has been a while since we had a get-together of 7 people at Kaca, where you can enjoy Yamagata's famous hippari udon noodles and a variety of Japanese sake 😉.
We had asked for sashimi platter in advance and told everyone that we were all looking forward to the udon noodles 🤗.
We ordered a few servings of each of our favorite snacks to share and enjoyed the sake of our choice 🥰.
We had a hard time deciding whether to have the first glass of Jyushiyo or Jikin and chose Jikin 😄.
I had encountered the same brand and rice ratio in the unfiltered draft, but this was my first encounter with the fire-brewed version, so I chose it 😍.
For sashimi, we had a slice or two each of sea bream, local octopus, tuna (red and medium fatty tuna, Japanese anchovy, bonito, and horse mackerel. As I had asked for, they served us a variety of seasonal fish to choose from 😃.
I think I could have had 2 or 3 different kinds of sake just from this.
After all, Jikin is delicious 😋.

The taste is clean and refreshing without being light nigori. Hachitan-Nishiki is a peculiar sake rice...I did not have a good impression of it, but I did not mind it in this sake.

This sake is said to be a limited edition sake brewed in a wooden frame, and the wooden frame illustration was added to the Sansudo label we had previously encountered.
The carbonation of the nama-shu lingers to a pleasant degree and stimulates the tongue.
The sake is slightly sweet, but has a crisp and pleasant drinking experience.

It is a dry sake with a sharp taste with the unique stimulation of a soft, unpasteurized sake.
Kaca is an udon store, but for some reason there were many bottles of Jyushiyo lined up in front of the store, so we entered the store.
Tonight I had a companion with me, so we enjoyed udon, vegetable tempura, and sashimi while nibbling.

We met Hirotogawa again in 2018 with Junmai Aki-agari.
The aroma was subdued, the taste was light and slightly dry, and the sake was easy to drink. It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu, but I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed without pretension or posturing, but simply as a delicious sake.
