The aroma is subtle and the taste is crisp and slightly dry, but as the temperature of the sake rises, it mellows out a little bit more 😋.

Opening the bottle...the aroma is subdued. Pouring it into a sake cup, it is colorless. In the mouth, you can feel the original flavor of sake in the mellow taste.

I bought this sake because of the [Garigari] design on the label and the fact that it is a rock sake... 😊.
I poured this sake into a glass with large ice cubes, gave it a stir, and sipped it 🤗.
The chilled Hara Sake has an aroma and mild taste reminiscent of Shochu 😋.
The flavor gradually fades with occasional swirling of the glass, making it seem like a refreshing summer sake 😃.

I bought it in a bottle and enjoyed it in various ways.
Cold sake (room temperature)
Slightly sweet and slightly spicy sake with a delicious rice flavor.
Heated sake
⚫︎Human body temperature (35℃) to lukewarm (40℃)
The umami of rice becomes stronger, sweet and spicy, I feel the taste has changed to a moderately subtle sake.
⚫︎Jiokan (45°C) to hot (50-55°C)
The aroma of koji (malted rice) appears in the aroma, and in the mouth, the umami of rice and a little bitterness remain, and the sweetness disappears and the sake becomes dry.
Cold sake
Sake that is clear and slightly dry, I also felt a sharpness.

At chilled (room temperature), it is a dry sake with a slightly full-bodied flavor rather than light, 3-star.
In cold sake, the aroma increases, and it turns into a dry sake with an even stronger sense of sharpness and soft richness, upgrading it to a Yotsubashi.
