At first, I wondered why they put the raw sake on the display shelf at room temperature 🤔. I was a little surprised when I found the "products that can be distributed at room temperature" written on the shaded cover 🧐. What is the taste of a product that can be distributed at room temperature even though it is a draft sake? Curious 🤗 Opening the bottle...the aroma is subdued. Hida Garigari Ice Original Sake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Limited release Polishing ratio: undisclosed ALC: 19%, Alcoholic I bought this sake because of the [Garigari] design on the label and the fact that it is a rock sake... 😊. I poured this sake into a glass with large ice cubes, gave it a stir, and sipped it 🤗. The chilled Hara Sake has an aroma and mild taste reminiscent of Shochu 😋. Sacred Junmai ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Junmai sake, 70% polished rice ratio, 14-15% ALC I bought it in a bottle and enjoyed it in various ways. Cold sake (room temperature) Slightly sweet and slightly spicy sake with a delicious rice flavor. Heated sake ⚫︎Human body temperature (35℃) to lukewarm (40℃) The umami of rice becomes stronger, sweet and spicy, I feel the taste has changed to a moderately subtle sake. ⚫︎Jiokan (45°C) to hot (50-55°C) The aroma of koji (malted rice) appears in the aroma, and in the mouth, the umami of rice and a little bitterness remain, and the sweetness disappears and the sake becomes dry. Junmai-shu SEKIREI ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 58%, ALC 15%. At chilled (room temperature), it is a dry sake with a slightly full-bodied flavor rather than light, 3-star. In cold sake, the aroma increases, and it turns into a dry sake with an even stronger sense of sharpness and soft richness, upgrading it to a Yotsubashi. Chigasaki ave: 20230514 purchase 0515 open.
