I forgot to take a picture of the label on the day of the event 😭😱I was able to take a picture of it a week later on 12/07 when we held a get-together because it was still left 🤗.
It is a little dry and refreshing...but it has a slightly peculiar aroma. I wonder if it's a quirk of the sake rice, tamaei...

I received a similar sake labeled "Hitakami" before (August 22, 2022), but it was 100% Yamada-Nishiki, so I registered it as a new sake.
I guess it is a little dry 😅😅.
Hidakami has an interesting type of label, but it is a delicious sake...

We have had this sake before (May 8, 2023), but it had an ALC of 15 degrees at that time, so we decided to register this 14 degree sake as a new one.
As I expected, it is a refreshing sake with acidity and rice flavor. The strong acidity makes it seem a little dry...but in fact, I think it is a slightly sweet sake.

Chigasaki Chirori: 20241123 Hagi Kenkyukai meeting シロタマHello.
I'm enjoying the boat kingfish.
I plan to stay in Kata until the new year this season!
The liver and meat look beautiful and delicious!
Of course the Mimuro cedar is tempting too! ましらのやまさんHi, Shirotama 😃This is the season when I have the desire to taste the liver of kingfish and feel the metallic crackle of the fish in my hand! 🤗The kingfish is also delicious in shabu-shabu, tempura, and bone crackers 😋. ましらのやまさんKinran Kurobe
Super dry ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Polishing ratio 70%, ALC 15 degrees
This was the sixth type of Kinran Kurobe.
It is not so much dry as super dry, but a clear and crisp dry sake. It was not good for my taste 😅.
