Junmai Ginjo-shu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki, freshly pressed raw sake Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 17%. The aroma is subtle. Mimuro Sugi Wooden Oke Bodhi Hashiwake ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Nara Unfiltered raw sake, orikagarami Polishing ratio undisclosed, ALC 13 Soft fruity aroma 😃The cloudy white color of the ogara-mi foreshadows the taste of unfiltered unpasteurized sake 😊. As expected, there is a unique stimulation on the tongue when you put it in your mouth, and as long as you keep it in your mouth, the clean and slightly dry taste will spread 😋. It consisted of octopus, scallops, horse mackerel, and monkfish. Slightly aromatic, with a slightly sweet, mild flavor. It is a sake with a slight carbonation and the flavor of rice can be felt. Sairai S's Namazume 16% ALC Honjozo type ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's a new year, and for the first time, I received a picture of the new arrival of sake from my favorite izakaya 🤗. I decided to go out to the store as soon as possible because I was expecting to have my first encounter 😋 with 9 kinds of sake 😅I decided to have it with Yuzuri. Junmai-shu Kanbokubai Shirakuma Winter Label Nama Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 16 I thought I had already posted this review, but when I searched for it, it wasn't there, so here it is again. 20230113: No indication of sealed [raw]. Utashiro Yukiwatari Nama-shu light nigori Tenryohaii Shuzo Sado City, Niigata Prefecture ALC 14 degrees (Unpasteurized) The supernatant has a refreshing taste and the carbonation of the raw sake. Junmai Ginjo Kasumi Nama Sake⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 15%. This was also unsealed, so we enjoyed the taste after mixing the supernatant and the ori. It had a subtle ginjo aroma, and when the supernatant was poured into the mouth, we felt a tingling sensation on the tongue, which is characteristic of nama-zake, while the taste after mixing the oli was slightly sweet. Fukumi Yamadanishiki Nigori ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Yamadanishiki, ALC 14%. Fukuda Shuzo, Hirado-city, Nagasaki Since it was unsealed, I had the Kamisumi first and then mixed it to enjoy the taste of Orikarami. The Kamisumi has a dry, clean taste. When mixed with the orikarami, it had a mellow and mellow taste. The carbonation was strong in both cases, and we were able to enjoy two different tastes of sake in one bottle. Junmai Ginjyo Kame-no-o Hitotsubashi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Kame-no-o from Akita Prefecture Polishing ratio 55%, ALC 16 Ryoseki Shuzo Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture This is the 13th sake from Izakaya Chirori's 10th anniversary event. It is a sake with a subtle aroma and a gentle sweetness and umami taste in the mouth. The master served us "Yuzu Junmai Daiginjo Kakemai: 71% Yamadanishiki Koji rice: 21% Izu Tsannin Polishing ratio 50%, ALC 16%, Sake degree +9" was served as the 14th sake. I had already had this sake, but I was blissfully happy to finish it with a dry Junmai Daiginjo. Chigasaki Chirori: 20241201

Junmai⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% Tamakae produced in Shiga Prefecture Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 15 20241201: This is the 11th sake from Izakaya Chirori's 10th anniversary event. I forgot to take a picture of the label on the day of the event 😭😱I was able to take a picture of it a week later on 12/07 when we held a get-together because it was still left 🤗. It is a little dry and refreshing...but it has a slightly peculiar aroma. I wonder if it's a quirk of the sake rice, tamaei... Chigasaki Chirori: 20241207, 20241201
