I had so many first encounters with it that I decided to make a set to compare 😅.
Gorgeous aroma. It has a raw sake-like stimulation on the tongue. It tasted a little lactic acidic, but it was mellow and delicious.
Horinoi Junmai Daiginjo Gin Ginga 100% Unfiltered Polishing 50% al15 Sake degree +4 Acidity 1.7" was a sake I resumed after 6 years.
