It was sealed 🤗.
I think it's a dry sake with a faint koji aroma and a strong lactic acidic taste in the mouth with a slight sourness.
I gave it 3 stars because I don't like strong lactic acid taste 😅
I was going to finish the day, but it wasn't good enough, so I added a bottle of Koraku Junmai Ginjo Orikagarami Nama Sake, which I haven't had in 5 years 😋!
I was so happy to go back home.

Slightly dry, but milder dry than the image of dryness from the +9 rating (stated on the bulletin board in the store).
The label recommended a 1:1 soda highball, which I tried...it tasted like a soda liqueur, and I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed with fried or stir-fried food or other dishes with a bit of oil. But... from my taste, the sake highball gets 2 stars: ⭐️⭐️😅

It has an aroma of koji mold, and when you put it in your mouth, it has a little stimulation on your tongue peculiar to nama-shu. It has a good balance of acidity and bitterness, and its lingering taste remains in your mouth even after you swallow it.

I went to the well-known Tyrol-san who sent me the information about the arrival of this sake. First encounter with 6 different varieties 🥰😋.
Tonight's sashimi platter was 5 kinds: kampachi, ankimo, salmon, octopus, and scallop 😍.
A light amber-colored, slightly sweet and sharp sake. I feel a fresh aroma spreading in my mouth.

It has a subtle fruity aroma. In the mouth, it has a good balance of bitterness and acidity, making it a refreshing, slightly dry sake.

It consisted of octopus, scallops, horse mackerel, and monkfish.
Slightly aromatic, with a slightly sweet, mild flavor.

I decided to go out to the store as soon as possible because I was expecting to have my first encounter 😋 with 9 kinds of sake 😅I decided to have it with Yuzuri.
It was a refreshingly sweet sake with a muscat-like aroma and flavor.

20230113: No indication of sealed [raw]. I wonder why?
It's a fresh sake with a shwashy feel to it. It is light and cloudy, but it is smooth and easy to drink.

This was also unsealed, so we enjoyed the taste after mixing the supernatant and the ori.
It had a subtle ginjo aroma, and when the supernatant was poured into the mouth, we felt a tingling sensation on the tongue, which is characteristic of nama-zake, while the taste after mixing the oli was slightly sweet.
