Polishing ratio 60%, ALC 14%.
When poured into a glass, it was cloudy like orikarami 😃.
The aroma is just a hint of fruity ginjo aroma 😋.
In the mouth, pleasant acidity and bitterness are felt at first, followed by mild sweetness and delicious rice flavor 🥰.

I had this sake when I was at the brewery, and I remember that it was a refreshing sake with sweetness, as the review says, but with a nice acidity and bitterness 😋.
