I bought this one on a trip to Tohoku. Sake from the Tohoku region is still very spicy. I can feel the ginjo aroma with all my might, It is not sweet and refreshing, It's a dangerous sake for a drinker who drinks too much. Dangerous sake 🍶😏.

This is Aqua Ignis, which I bought at a liquor store when I stayed in my car. I was surprised to see such a wide variety of products. The first drink, when chilled, tasted clean and fruity. As the temperature rises, the taste changes to a beautiful, full-bodied, refreshing flavor. It is a sake that has the advantages that only fire-aged sake can have in a good aspect.

You can't come to Yamaguchi and leave without drinking Otters! In fact, this is my first Otters. It is different from the first sound of pouring it into a glass! The aroma is fruity, It must be delicious. The flavor is so great....it's amazing. The balance of sweetness and spiciness is good, and the aftertaste is refreshing. You won't regret it even if you get a hangover after drinking a lot. It's a sake you won't regret even if you get a hangover from drinking too much.

The first unfiltered unpasteurized sake from the brewery. The alcohol content is 19%. Beautiful dry taste. The rice polishing ratio is 70%. In this day and age of sake, where the smaller the rice polishing ratio, the more valuable the sake is, this is a product that can challenge with this rice polishing ratio. As one would expect from a sake brewery that is close to the sacred land of sake!

I bought this sake because I was attracted by the sign of foaming sake. The ingredients are rice, rice malt, carbonated gas... This is the first time I have seen it! With 8% alcohol by volume, this sake is light. My image is not sake, but sake lees juice. It was easy to drink, refreshing and delicious sake. Today I met another dimension of sake! 😆 😆

Hatsu Shibori Unpasteurized sake With 65% polished rice, it has a good balance of spiciness, spiciness and fruity taste. It is well balanced and can be enjoyed in a wine glass while enjoying the aroma. It is a sake that can be enjoyed in a glass of wine while enjoying its aroma. To me, it feels like a slightly carbonated sake, Is it because it is the first pressing? It was a classy sake from Yamanashi, which is famous for its wine. I'm going to get drunk because I did a lot of physical work today 😁.

A brand you saw in a magazine and knew. A sake that was lying dormant in a store I stopped by. The taste is... It's a daiginjo, but it's not harsh, and even though it's polished to 44%, it has a delicious tang. It has a delicious tang. It is dry, refreshing, full-bodied, and fruity, as only the Tohoku region can offer. It is full-bodied and fruity. It was an all-around uncompromisingly delicious sake!

Dry Junmai Namaishu. I thought it had a clean aftertaste. The taste was more interesting, getting a little looser. I thought it tasted like pear. The sourness and spiciness comes later. It made me want to coo 🍶😆.

I've had Yamahai in the past, I didn't know it had such a habit. Because I drank it in a sake glass like a wine glass I can feel the aroma even more. I say habit, but it's not a disgusting habit... It has a nice aroma that I can't describe. It is labeled as dry and light, but for me I felt it was quite heavy. This was my first sake from Kagawa Prefecture!

It has a great ginjo aroma, but is crisp and a little dry. I never felt that it was lacking. I thought I didn't like freshly pressed sake, but I was surprised to find such a delicious freshly pressed sake. I want to meet this sake again... I wonder if I will ever go back to Tokushima Prefecture...

I went to a nearby mass liquor store to buy beer to stay in the car and as a regular drink. I came across this sake when I went to buy beer. AKABU and Bon were there, but at the brewery or brewery chica I look forward to buying sake at the Sake Brewery or Sake Brewery Chica, I chose this sake because I look forward to buying it at a sake brewery or sake chica. I didn't know about this sake brewery because I didn't study enough. I was able to enjoy the change in temperature. The sake was smooth when I took it out of the refrigerator. After a while, you can enjoy its richness and ginjo aroma. But it was not at all harsh and the rice polishing ratio was 58%. The exquisite rice polishing of 58% is amazing, isn't it? The moment you get a glimpse of the art of sake, you are filled with emotion. As I am writing this comment, I'm completely drunk. 🤣 Well, I guess that's okay too.

I went to Nara and bought a bottle of Kaze no Mori! I kept it chilled because it was a draft sake, I enjoyed the change in temperature. The taste right out of the fridge, Fresh and slightly carbonated, It tastes fresh, slightly carbonated, and light. After a while, as the temperature rises, it becomes full-bodied and sweet. But it is not too bitter, so it may be a sake that kills sake drinkers. The smaller the rice polishing ratio, the more valuable the sake is. In the atmosphere of sake evaluation, this sake, which was made with 80% rice polishing ratio, is quite amazing. I think this sake is quite impressive.

Akita is a treasure trove of happoshu ⁉️ A collaboration between a retailer and a sake brewery. This time it's a dry sparkling sake with a gutsy rice flavor. It is a sake that makes you want to eat a bad tsuzumi (rice cracker). I've had many slightly carbonated Japanese sakes, I have had a lot of slightly carbonated Japanese sake, but this was a rare one for me.

I came to Akita to see the tree ice, but I wonder if I can see it. I'm in Akita today, soaking in a nice hot spring and drinking some good sake. This is my first time meeting Yamamoto. Maybe it's a hidden sake brewery from Shinmasa. To begin with, it's brewed with spring water from the Shirakami Mountains. The feeling in the mouth is... More than Shirakami-sanchi spring water The taste of rice came out in the front. I wonder if the delicious water is not overpowering. Water from a World Heritage site is too humble. Cheers to the sake brewery that soaked the water well 🍻.

Since I came to Akita, I must have Shinmasa! However, the liquor store near the brewery only sells sake wholesale to stores. I persisted and asked the sake brewer for some sake, and it was the only one that had it. I have never had a sake with such a sparkling flavor...maybe the best sake I have ever had. It tasted like pears, not too strong, not too sweet, not too spicy, and the sake was so perfectly balanced!

I had an image of junmai sake as being smooth and lacking in punch. I had an image of junmai sake as being dry and lacking punch, but this one had a ginjo aroma and was delicious. It was delicious. It also had a slightly carbonated taste, so it wasn't too bitter. A bottle was gone in no time... Is that always the case...

I'd had some Mimuro cedar before. I happened to come across this sake at a liquor store near the Ojinja Shrine. I happened to come across this sake at a liquor store near the Ojinja Shrine. It was written as "Sanmorosugi", not "Mimuro-sugi", so I didn't recognize it at first. I did not recognize it at first. It seems that 90% of the shipment is hiragana. The sake itself is light at 12 degrees, so the sweetness of Yamada-Nishiki stands out. It is not harsh, slightly carbonated, and has a good balance of rice flavor and sharpness that can only be achieved with a 60% rice polishing ratio. I think it has a good balance of rice flavor and sharpness. Another delicious sake I have encountered!

On a road trip to a hot spring, I stopped by this sake brewery. This was the first time in my life that I had tasted this style of sake brewery... 😆. All of the sake had one thing in common: they were all dry. This sake is dry, but has a gorgeous and full-bodied taste. Slightly carbonated. I think it's my favorite taste. I found another delicious sake... 🫣.
