It was corked like a sparkling. I thought it was sparkling, but there was no carbonation. This is indeed Nagano! The water is just as good as it should be. When pouring it, it was thick and smooth, The taste is watery, followed by the ginjo aroma. It is said to be brewed with powdered snow, but I guess it is brewed in the snow. I have never experienced this kind of brewing before, so I am not sure how it matures. I don't really know what kind of aging process is involved... But it was an interesting sake with a wine-like flavor. It was an interesting sake. I would like to drink it again!

Purchased before going to a campground at the foot of Ontake. I had not purchased much Nanasho before, but I was begged to buy it at Michi no Eki Kisofukushima. It had a refreshingly dry taste with a watery ginjo aroma, but was not harsh. It was a deeply flavored sake. It is a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly even though it is a 16° sake. I found another delicious sake.

I love herbs... Not the smelly meat ones, but I love celery and parsley ❤. I remember a wine I had a long time ago called Edda that smelled like oak and was delicious... I've been wanting to try it again and I found this sake at an aeon near me 🤭. It doesn't say anything about the rice polishing ratio, but I'm guessing it's a ginjo-shu. It tastes like it's been aged in oak barrels! The sweetness and spiciness is described as medium, but for me, it's a little spicy...lol. It's a light, refreshing sake. At room temperature, it has a texture similar to that of whiskey. Fermented drinks are very deep...

Mikotsuru is still delicious... I can't get enough of this rich ginjo aroma! However, I am a drinker, so even if I drink it cold in the middle of summer I'm looking for the crispness of the carbonation... I'll drink it to the point of fainting when it gets cooler!

It was sold at a roadside station in Biei. It said on the box that it was from a sake brewery in Asahikawa, I decided to visit the sake brewery in a hurry! Sake to make whales drunk? I was curious about this sake by the name of "Whale Drunken Sake" and found it at a local sake store. It is a super dry junmai ginjo. Perfect for summer! It's a junmai ginjo, but I didn't realize how refreshing it is... The taste is the same whether you drink it cold or at room temperature, It is a sake that you can enjoy sipping slowly and sipping slowly. It is a sake that overturns the image of Junmai Ginjo!

One of my favorite sake breweries. This time it's Nigori Nama Sake with a slight carbonation! It says "limited edition sake" on the bottle, so you have to buy it! I have an image that the sake here is sweet, but this one was quite dry... I guess the slightly carbonated taste makes the dryness stand out even more. But the ginjo aroma wafted down my throat as it passed through my throat! I wonder what kind of food would be best to pair with this kind of sake. I would like to become an expert in sake pairing!

A sake brewery established in the year of my birth. I found this sake at a liquor store in Aomori during GW. It is a sake made from rice mashu. This is my first time to drink sake made from rice! The first sip is dry, but the sweetness follows later. The sweetness is exactly like freshly cooked rice. It is a taste that cannot be described in words. Once again, I was impressed by the depth of sake and intoxicated in many ways... Kampai 🍻 to sake breweries all over Japan! Thank you for the delicious sake 😭

A sake brewery representing Nagano Prefecture This time it's a new face sake! Just when you think there is a sake that is easy to make, they come out with a new face like this one. I think they are a sake brewery that is always inquisitive... This sake is made from Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima. It is surprising that they chose rice from the very birthplace of sake, but the taste is... I was surprised by the watery sake I had never tasted before. The first sip was... It is delicious ‼️! Junmai Ginjo, fruity and refreshing. I'm drowning in sake again tonight. 🙂‍↔️

I was going to visit Ise Jingu Shrine and wandered around Okage Yokocho... I didn't expect to find it sold in Okage Yokocho, so I bought it. I fell in love at first sight with the label and the burlap bag, which reminded me of Pirates of the Caribbean. The taste of the sake was robust but dry. It also had a sharpness to it, so it was a bottle that I could sip on all the time. It was delicious!

Purchased in Iwate prefecture in GW. It is a rich, thick, and dry taste. It has a strong flavor and is delicious! It's a very heavy sake, so I guess it's an aperitif. It is a heavy sake, but not too heavy. In Japan, there are many delicious sake in many places! There are many good sake in Japan!

I bought this one on a trip to Tohoku. Sake from the Tohoku region is still very spicy. I can feel the ginjo aroma with all my might, It is not sweet and refreshing, It's a dangerous sake for a drinker who drinks too much. Dangerous sake 🍶😏.

This is Aqua Ignis, which I bought at a liquor store when I stayed in my car. I was surprised to see such a wide variety of products. The first drink, when chilled, tasted clean and fruity. You can't come to Yamaguchi and leave without drinking Otters! In fact, this is my first Otters. It is different from the first sound of pouring it into a glass! The aroma is fruity, It must be delicious. The flavor is so great....it's amazing. The balance of sweetness and spiciness is good, and the aftertaste is refreshing.
