A sake brewery established in the year of my birth.
I found this sake at a liquor store in Aomori during GW.
It is a sake made from rice mashu.
This is my first time to drink sake made from rice!
The first sip is dry, but the sweetness follows later. The sweetness is exactly like freshly cooked rice. It is a taste that cannot be described in words.
Once again, I was impressed by the depth of sake and intoxicated in many ways...
