I remember a wine I had a long time ago called Edda that smelled like oak and was delicious... I've been wanting to try it again and I found this sake at an aeon near me 🤭.
It doesn't say anything about the rice polishing ratio, but I'm guessing it's a ginjo-shu.
It tastes like it's been aged in oak barrels!
The sweetness and spiciness is described as medium, but for me, it's a little spicy...lol.
It's a light, refreshing sake.
At room temperature, it has a texture similar to that of whiskey.
Fermented drinks are very deep...
