This is a sake brewery that was there when I visited Honke Narita-san. There were two kinds of cloudy, There were sweet and dry, I chose the dry one because it was cloudy. It was sparkling, but my husband shook it before opening it because it was cloudy... It took him quite a while to finish it, but he was finally able to drink it! LOL! The spiciest sake ever! Every time I drink it, I end up cooing. But the thickening and koji flavor comes later. Cheers to the hottest sake ever!

We went to Takayama to stay overnight! This is the sake my husband picked out for me at a store in Takayama that has a huge selection of sake. It's dry! It's got a crumbly texture! The sake is so rich and goes well with Hoba Miso. It's a drinker's weekend!

It's been a while since I've been to a new sake brewery and I found a sake that I like. It is a bit dry and refreshing, but has a gorgeous taste. The aroma is very similar to my favorite Gokotsuru. This is not good! This sake went well with the mushroom hot pot we had today 🍶.

When I looked at the manufacturer to upload it here, I saw Ishikawa Prefecture... This is my first sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. It's like a junmai sake. I drank it cold, but it probably tastes better at a higher temperature. It smells full-bodied! I'm going to drink it over a bonfire!

Bought it at a store I found on the way to Shimoda. I think it's super dry... I asked the shopkeeper what he recommended. I asked the shop owner what he recommended. Sake named "Last Note Ai". I haven't tasted Yamahai for a long time. I have an image that Yamahai is sour... This time, it was still sour. However, it has an aroma and a tangy taste that is only possible with 60% polished rice, It is a dry sake with a clean aftertaste even though it is a pure sake. The taste of Niigata with Negitoro (green onion)... 😁. It is a blissful time on weekends!

This year's limited edition Tanigawa-dake sparring is Buy it! Opening the package is a pain in the ass. But when I finally drank it... It's richer and more flavorful than I had imagined! It tastes like fruit, but apple? Pineapple? It's a bit of an oriental flavor, but it's delicious! Oh man... it was a refreshing and delicious sake.

It says "Kakaragoto"...what kind of sake is it...I've never seen it before... I had an image of W as sweet, but it is dry. But it is very juicy. It has a gutsy rice flavor and goes well with fish dishes. I'm drinking it with gusto while picking up the grilled Akinatai fish I haven't had in years. I drink with gusto. I finished the weekend with my favorite taste. Let's work hard next week 💪.

Purchased at Shinano Roadside Station. I drink it by Lake Nojiri as it is. It is unfiltered and bought immediately. It tastes dry. It tastes dry and refreshing. Purchased directly from the brewery. It said "with Cheese" so I thought it might be white wine-like... I liked it and bought it! I'm trying to register sake from Masuda Sake Brewery, but I can't register at all... This is my first registration for Toyama sake! I tasted it! It is a strong sake but dry. I drank it cold at first, but it was very smooth and sharp. As the temperature of the sake rises, the taste changes to a clear yet strong flavor. Sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture I stopped by this sake brewery on the street. It is a robust, fruity sake. But it is not too sweet and dry. It is not too sweet, but dry and refreshing, so it goes down smoothly. The rice polishing ratio is 60% and it has a lot of flavor. I would like to buy this sake again!
