It was corked like a sparkling.
I thought it was sparkling, but there was no carbonation.
This is indeed Nagano! The water is just as good as it should be.
When pouring it, it was thick and smooth,
The taste is watery, followed by the ginjo aroma.
It is said to be brewed with powdered snow, but I guess it is brewed in the snow.
I have never experienced this kind of brewing before, so I am not sure how it matures.
I don't really know what kind of aging process is involved...
But it was an interesting sake with a wine-like flavor.
