One of my favorite sake breweries.
This time it's Nigori Nama Sake with a slight carbonation!
It says "limited edition sake" on the bottle, so you have to buy it!
I have an image that the sake here is sweet, but this one was quite dry...
I guess the slightly carbonated taste makes the dryness stand out even more.
But the ginjo aroma wafted down my throat as it passed through my throat!
I wonder what kind of food would be best to pair with this kind of sake.
I would like to become an expert in sake pairing!
