A gift.
It is sweet and soft. I prefer it warmed up.
Unlike the easy-drinking sake of recent years, this sake has the image of the sake your grandfather used to drink with his dinner. The classic.
The aroma is amazing. Just a little bit close to my nose on the glass, there is a sweet fruity aroma. It says "apricot-like," but I personally thought it was banana? I thought so. When I put it in my mouth, the sweetness and sourness came in a rush, and the aftertaste lingered for a while. When I put it in my mouth, I thought, "Yes, it is apricot-like. It is so strong that I would like to just drink it without any side dish. It is delicious. Next time, I will buy a bigger bottle.
Note: Sake level: -36, Acidity: 2.3
It is not a ginjo sake, but it has a sweet, gorgeous aroma. The sweetness is not that strong in the mouth. It has a sweet umami, a bitter taste, and a refreshing aftertaste with a moderate acidity. There is a slightly fizzy feeling. Well balanced and easy to drink. Delicious.
The aroma is mild and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, sweetness and refreshing acidity come. It is juicy with a little gasiness, but when it goes down the throat, the bitterness comes through. The balance is exquisite and the aftertaste is very good. The sake level is -3, but the bitterness is so tight that it doesn't leave only sweetness. Delicious.
The yuzu is refreshing. The acidity is gentle without being too strong. No sugar is used, and the sweetness is only from the sake, so it doesn't leave a strange taste on the tongue. Delicious. (I wasn't sure if I should post it here, but the Ichinokura staff recommended it to me and it was delicious, so I'm giving it to you as a reminder.)
I drank it in 2022 and enjoyed it, so I bought a bottle of 2023. The last time I drank it, I thought it was "fruity with strong acidity," but this time it was sour but mellow, with a sweetness that was not too strong, but also had umami coming through. Perhaps it was the influence of the sake I drank before and after it that gave me a slightly different impression, but it is still delicious and I think I will buy it again this year.
The fruity light sweetness, slightly tangy gasiness, and honjozo-like sharpness make it easy to drink without getting tired of it. Delicious. It is regrettable that I tend to get drunk with alsobe because of my constitution.
The Yamahai-like peculiarities are suppressed, but the acidity and the umami of the rice are still present. It is a little cloudy. I agree with what Sugakyu's flier says. I agree with what he wrote on the flier about "a delicious lingering aftertaste. I don't usually drink Yamahai, but I thought this was delicious. I was impressed by the "Fukuro-huri" method. I wish I could have had some of the raw sake.
Fresh and effervescent feeling of nama-shu. There is a sweetness, but I think there is also a bitterness rather than a sweetness. The aroma and astringency are like grape skins.
I opened a bottle of Hamamusume and compared the two, and found that NEW BORN had a stronger flavor impact. (I thought Hamamusume was also strong, but when I compared them, Hamamusume was milder, but that may be because NEW BORN is a fresh sake.)
It is delicious.
It still has the same sweetness and fruity taste that is typical of Hanamup, but it may be spicier than other Hanamups I've had? (I'm not sure because I haven't finished the past ones and haven't compared them yet.)
At any rate, it is delicious. I would like to try a draft of Omachi.
The aroma entering through the nose is sweet but not that strong. The acidity and sweetness seem to be in opposition to each other, and the flavor seems strong. Like Akabu, it has no peculiarity. I would like to compare it with Akabu's Junmai sake. It is delicious.
The aroma through the nose is sweet and gorgeous. The taste is also sweet, but it comes quickly and crisply. It is difficult to judge how sweet or spicy it is. Sashimi and sushi go well with it, but I personally think it would go better with dry foods (ray fins, surume seaweed, etc.). Delicious.
It was bubbly and fizzy when I opened the bottle. It said it was dry, but it was fruity and sweet. There was also a bit of bitterness. I compared it with the leftover Mansaku Z, which is also a white wine, and Momokawa, which is brewed with wine yeast. La Maison is less peculiar, so even those who don't like sake can drink it. However, it does not have a strong white wine taste, and I think it can be used with Japanese food. It is delicious.
The moment you put it in your mouth, you are hit with a white wine-like sweet and sour taste. The acidity is strong. The aroma of sake is softly wafting next to the acidity. I don't think it goes well with Japanese food, since it is promoted as a white wine-like wine. It might be better to prepare something that goes well with white wine.
The acidity is strong and refreshing. As the website says, it's like a pickled plum. (It is not too sour. (Not too sour, but with a hint of fruitiness.) I drank it with sausages, and it certainly went well with meat dishes. It is also good with steak. I thought it would be sweet since it has a Sake degree of -2, but it is not that sweet. Of course, it is not spicy either. I would like to try X and Y next year when the time comes.
The aroma that enters through the nose is not very strong, but the moment you put it in your mouth, the sweetness comes in a flash. The sweetness is so strong that it is hard to believe that the sake has a sake content of ±0. The umami is also strong. It is delicious. Even if you buy a bottle, it is relatively affordable, so it is one of my regular sake.
It has a fruity (apple-like?) ginjo aroma and sweetness. It has a fruity (apple-like?) ginjo aroma, sweetness, bitterness, and sharpness. The aftertaste is clean and easy to drink. Delicious.
At first, it smelled like melon, and I thought for a moment that it might be sweet. But the sweetness is not that strong, and it is rather crisp. It is a junmai sake, so it has the flavor of rice. It can be used as a food sake. It is delicious.
Melon-like aroma, slightly carbonated and juicy. The sweetness is not so strong though, and there is a bitter taste. The sweet aroma is strong but tangy and sharp. Delicious.
