The yuzu is refreshing. The acidity is gentle without being too strong. No sugar is used, and the sweetness is only from the sake, so it doesn't leave a strange taste on the tongue. Delicious. (I wasn't sure if I should post it here, but the Ichinokura staff recommended it to me and it was delicious, so I'm giving it to you as a reminder.)
