It was bubbly and fizzy when I opened the bottle. It said it was dry, but it was fruity and sweet. There was also a bit of bitterness. I compared it with the leftover Mansaku Z, which is also a white wine, and Momokawa, which is brewed with wine yeast. La Maison is less peculiar, so even those who don't like sake can drink it. However, it does not have a strong white wine taste, and I think it can be used with Japanese food. It is delicious.
