■大木The aroma entering through the nose is sweet and gorgeous. But it is a Junmai sake from Tasake, so I thought it might be dry...but it is sweet. However, it becomes crisp rather quickly. It is difficult to judge sweetness and spiciness. It goes well with sashimi and sushi, but I personally think it would have gone better with dried food (ray fins, surume seaweed, etc.). Delicious.
