■大木The moment you put it in your mouth, you are hit with a white wine-like sweet and sour taste. The acidity is strong. The aroma of sake is softly wafting next to the acidity. I don't think it goes well with Japanese food, since it is promoted as a white wine-like wine. It might be better to prepare something that goes well with white wine.
