■大木Fresh and effervescent feeling of nama-shu. There is a sweetness, but I think there is also a bitterness rather than a sweetness. The aroma and astringency are like grape skins. I opened a bottle of Hamamusume and compared the two, and found that NEW BORN had a stronger flavor impact. (I thought Hamamusume was also strong, but when I compared them, Hamamusume was milder, but that may be because NEW BORN is a fresh sake.) It is delicious.
