The Yamahai-like peculiarities are suppressed, but the acidity and the umami of the rice are still present. It is a little cloudy. I agree with what Sugakyu's flier says. I agree with what he wrote on the flier about "a delicious lingering aftertaste. I don't usually drink Yamahai, but I thought this was delicious. I was impressed by the "Fukuro-huri" method. I wish I could have had some of the raw sake.
