Nice aroma. Sweet and chilli, with a gourd-like aftertaste. Very easy to drink. As the description says, it goes well with oysters, and the aroma opens up quickly. It is easy to pair with light and bland tasting foods.

Sake made using the same method used to make wine. The deliciousness of rice. A hint of sweetness, mellowness and mildness. The label says it is a full-bodied type, but I thought it was very easy to drink. Depending on what you pair it with, you'll be surprised to find that it's the number one watery sake you've ever had.
