I was attracted by the label and the meaning "pearl of rice" in French, so I bought it. It is a deep-flavored sake with a dusty feel and a rather robust flavor.
I was troubled with Kaze no Mori for Nara sake and bought this one.
It is light and dry. Not much aroma. When paired with Kanpachi sashimi, it was like water, but with a sweetness that lingered afterwards. It's perfect as a mid-meal sake.
I like the label and the feel of the bottle.
The sourness, sweetness, and bitterness come together well. It is slightly thick. It is a sake that goes well with many kinds of meals. I would like to drink the plus version with a strong sparkling taste sometime.
Nice fluffy aroma. Mild and full, with a hint of fruit. It was delicious with everything from conger eel, grilled chicken, yuba, sashimi, and cream pasta.
It has a clean acidity followed by a clean sweetness. It is easy to match with anything and it will be gone soon. The sourness seems to be strong, but I like it a lot.
We bought it because we drank it at a shop before and it was delicious.
It is made by the brewer of the sake "Tominohozan" in Kagoshima.
It is refreshing and mellow. It is a nice sake which goes well with vinegared food, tofu and so on. It makes you think that you might be able to drink it forever.
