All around good sake with food, paired well with maguro nigiri, salmon nigiri but was even better with シシもフライ , garlicky おつまみエンドウ豆, and しそ梅干し.

Alcohol 15 Seimaibuai 50% Alcohol 15 The first sip reminds one of a mild fruitiness like banana or melon. The sweetness of koji goes well with white rice. Sushi, onigiri, chazuke (rice with green tea), etc. would be good. Thick mouth feel, really sticks to your teeth & tongue Flavor is like melon or unripe banana.
