Butterscotch
Coffee
Reminds me of Sherry but even better!
Dominated the flavor of 帆立刺身
Possibly too strong for マグロ、シャケ
あん肝 味付け玉といくら paired better with this full flavored sake.
Definitely approach this sake like a Sherry or Port.

With dessert, it was an acceptable match with まんじゅう(アーモンド、 栗、 梅)

The curry really brings out Sherry flavors from this Koshu. Both are evenly matched neither dominant
