It's been about a week since I opened the bottle. A little greenish on the outside. The nose is very mild. When shaken in a wine glass, there is a hint of vanilla and hazelnut. The mouthfeel is fresh but smooth. Although it is described as dry, the elegant sweetness of the rice can be felt. Then the milky umami spreads and quietly fades away. As it warms up, the pleasant umami and fullness increase, and a nutty nuance appears. If you want to pair it with cheese, go for a young comte.

Even though it is a Yamahai brew, the sweetness comes first rather than the acidity. The sweetness is also very elegant, with a hint of white peach. The mouthfeel is very mellow. The fruity taste is followed by a washed-out acidity that disappears nicely. I enjoyed it cold, at room temperature, and lukewarm. The lukewarm room temperature was juicy and spread the flavor in the mouth. Not a bad match for raclette. Anyway, it's delicious, and I'd recommend this bottle to anyone who doesn't like Yamahai.

I generally don't drink anything with alcohol added, but I asked for it because it sounded like it would go well with snapper halas. It has an elegant taste with no hint of alcohol.
