エルワンYellowish in color, best when it's around 40°C. The aroma is deep like a mushroom. It has a milky mouthfeel, soft and massive. The taste of mushrooms and grains are condensed. It goes well with Jibu-ni, also from Ishikawa prefecture. It goes well with cheese that has been matured. エルワンThe taste is soft and clear in the mouth, but the rice flavor is just right. It's refreshingly dry and crisp, just like Ishikawa's Gohyakumangoku, and goes well with Japanese fish dishes. あやTedori River! I like it too. It's delicious.
