エルワン
Yellowish in color, best when it's around 40°C. The aroma is deep like a mushroom. It has a milky mouthfeel, soft and massive. The taste of mushrooms and grains are condensed. It goes well with Jibu-ni, also from Ishikawa prefecture. It goes well with cheese that has been matured.
