I generally don't drink anything with alcohol added, but I asked for it because it sounded like it would go well with snapper halas. It has an elegant taste with no hint of alcohol. It is an elegant ginjo-shu without any unwanted ginjo fragrance. It was soft and a little sweet, but it was beautifully presented and crisp, and went well with the fatty white fish.
