The Suiryu of Shinsei has been revived as Bodairyu. The fresh aroma is a bit like lactic acid. In the mouth, a gentle sourness spreads and turns into a pleasant fruity taste. The charming, berry-like sourness is impressive. It's supple on the finish. A hint of white chocolate appears on the palate. Very well balanced between acidity, flavor and fruitiness.
