😃I usually get a cosy junmai sake, but this was my first time to try junmai ginjo. It has a subtle muscat-like aroma, a gorgeous flavor, and a nice sharpness, so it's very easy to drink and delicious. ☺️I guess I'm used to drinking junmai sake, but it's softer and more to my liking😍.

Unlike yesterday's impression, the sweetness has increased and it has calmed down, it's so much better. This is 😍👍
I still have to wait my turn 😅I can't wait to drink this year's Newborn 😆 lol.
