Light and dry. Numb. Slowly delicious. The aroma of rice lingers. It complements meals. In fact, it goes well with sweet sweets.
Purchased at a sake shop. Sake from Sado is rare.
The proprietress said she enjoyed every last drop. The liquor store is trustworthy and reliable.

Foaming. Paint-like? Fruity aroma. The wine is smooth, with a refreshing acidity and a slow, delicious flavor. Drier than the "White".
Since it was only available at the sake brewery, I couldn't buy it at the brewery, so I ended up buying it at a store I learned about after I returned home.
Hitogokochi harvested in the rice paddies within sight of the brewery is used. The brewery's claim to fame is that it makes use of the bounty of the land in Matsukawa Village. Indeed, the area around the brewery is a nice place where one can feel nature. There is no public transportation, so a car is necessary.
They are planning to sell drier and sweeter versions of this sake in December and January. However, they will only be available at special dealers.
