Today we had sashimi and sushi with striped horse mackerel 🍣, so I opened this sake 🍶 🌝 It has just the right amount of sizzle, a light mouthfeel, and a refreshing alcohol taste at the end 💦.
This sake is for the liver and stomach that are tired from sashimi and dry sake 🍶(*^^*) It is a summer sake without the bofu ahhh feeling! It's crisp and refreshing! I recommend it 🙇🙇.
The last sake of May 2024 was this one 🍶(*^^*) It happened to be on sale on the day I came to the store, limited to one bottle per person. _.) It is a horrible alcohol! I'd recommend it to anyone who likes white wine... 💦 I don't sell it though.
I won the lottery for this month🎯🌝 so I'll open this one🍶(*^^*) since I have a limit of 3 slots for this in the fridge 😭 It has a hint of gas, a soft sweetness, and a firm alcohol release 😎 No wonder it's so precious 😿.
I had a great time with this brand last year 🍶 The label is good and easy to remember 🍶 I picked it up again this year as soon as I saw it lol I recommend it..................
Good evening, Hamu Hamu 😃.
Oh! Nobby noticed by accident 🤗Congratulations on your 100 check in ㊗️ 🎉We only drink winter 😅This one looks like a good summer bottle👍.
Jay & Nobby Good evening 🙂 Thank you for the 100 checks I noticed you mentioned 😊 I'm having trouble finding enough free slots in the fridge this time of year 😭 I hope you'll comment again ✨.
I missed out on this one earlier this week and had half given up on it 🍶 I found it at a liquor store I wandered by over the weekend! I bought a bottle immediately! It's low alcohol (13%?), but the mouthfeel is firm and it goes down quickly! How many surprise marks did I use? How many surprise marks did I use?
I have to upload more and more or there will be sad 😿 sake that I drank but it won't be posted 😭 We had Kido last year and it was delicious 🍶(*^^*) Souped it up and delicious! I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Kangiku Meikozo is rumored to be putting more effort into local distribution these days 🍶 As a Chiba resident, I really appreciate it m(_ _)m This time OCEAN99 is also great and easy to drink♪♪
I wonder if it was the Mimuro cedar limited edition sake🍶 that I carefully saved. It was as good as the leap year special of Eiko-Fuji and the sake Mirai of Shakufuda Sake 😋.
The last day of Golden season is this sake 🍶(*^^*) I collaborated with my puppy 🐶 who is occupying the photo space lol I drank this brand last year and I knew it was delicious😋.
I wanted to pair it with sashimi, so I didn't drink the kind of sake I usually drink 🍶(*^^*) It's dry, sharp, and has no alcohol taste at the end 17% lol 😁 This is badass!
They have recently started to focus on local distribution 😁 There was one in a strong sake izakaya near Chiba station 🍶(*^^*) Their preferred rice is Sake Mirai and Aizan! He said that his favorite rice is Sake Mirai and Aizan, which is also delicious 😋 I don't know anymore....
After Jikin, I can't connect it to a half-baked sake (...) 😎 😎 🍶 I was told that it is made with a method that respects and approaches the original, so it was Jushiyo for me 🍶(*^^*)
I opened the bottle 🍶 with a feeling of wanting to keep it because it is precious and a feeling of wanting to drink it as soon as possible because it is a draft sake! I was worried that the taste would drop, but my fears were unfounded 😎😎 As expected of Jikin.
It's Sono Kangiku from my hometown Chiba 🍶(*^^*) And it's Aizan, a rice variety that both the husband and wife love! I can't think of any other way to describe it than "delicious, delicious, delicious, delicious" (sorry, I have no vocabulary).
I would like to say that it was a little different from the other sake I have had because it was made from carefully selected rice 🍶, but I don't have the words to describe it, just that it was delicious.
This one was also opened yesterday (*^^*) I wanted to compare Takachiyot drinking 🍶 This one has a sweet mouthfeel with a bit of schwarziness, sourness, and a bit of bitterness 🍶 The next day it settled down and became bitter↓schwarziness↓sourness↑. Highly recommended for those who like sake of the moment!
I chose this one after much hesitation at stores that carry Takachidai. I think people might say "Did you choose this one because of the name? It seems to be good as a food wine 🍶!
