Today, I had a recommendation of Niigata's Jikin, or Chiyo Hikari 🍶(*^^*). It was a very nice sake with more of a sake feel than Jikin 🍣, and I paired it with sushi.
Yesterday and the day before it was spring temperature 😢 Today it was so cold that I went for oden🍢 (*^^*) It was the best when combined with this baby🌝! It's too bad it's a limited edition sake lol
20 minutes🛻🌝 drive🛻🌝Bought at a nearby market with a reputation as a good sashimi restaurant, so the sake that goes with it🍶(*^^*) is the perfect marriage of sashimi and sake... 💦 Neighborhood ion that carries this kind of sake is truly insulting💦.

This is the best I've tasted at a liquor store event! I tasted it at a sake store event and found it to be the best 🍶 Here's to my taste buds 3 months ago 🍻🙂 Sweet + robust + fruity with a hint of banana. I guess you don't even need a snack if you drink it in small sips...
The first sip is a banana? The first sip is a banana, but if you take a wrong step, it tastes like cemedine 🍶🌝. After 2 or 3 sips, the moderate sweetness and slight shwariness make it easy to drink 🍶! (Taiko-ban)
I thought it was very well made, with a slightly lighter mouthfeel, but still retaining a slight sizzle and a strong sake feel! The front illustration by Urakawa Kaisio is also a favorite of mine, though it has nothing to do with the taste.

I've been drinking a lot of dry and light sake to go with sashimi, so I wanted a modern sake and bought this one... I really like the light and cloudy taste.
I opened this bottle today after saving it for a while! It's delicious! It's delicious! I wondered how it would go with sea urchin or yellowtail and radish because of its sweet taste, but my fears were unfounded.
The logs are good though! This time I drank one today 🍶♪ It's as good as other very popular light cloudy sake (๑´ڡ`๑) It doesn't have the Bohu feeling, so if you like classic sake, it's not enough for you? I guess so....
When I visited the liquor store a few months ago, everyone who came in picked up this brand 🍷🤓 I wanted to try it once. Wine in my head and on my tongue! Wine! I was surprised at the sake-like taste... I had it with sakekasu, nuts and dried fruits.

First, I'll start with Mutsu Hachisen, a real dry sake! I'm an old man, but I like it very much and would like to pair it with various sashimi.
After the Tazake microbubbles, I thought this would be a good choice! The strength of the sake and the ease of drinking are both at the same level! I recommend it!
It was on sale at a local liquor store for a limited time during an event 🍶 Only one bottle per person was available, but it sold out in spite of Jikkomai and Sono Kangiku! I paired it with sea urchin, toro, shrimp, crab miso, unohana, and nori maki (seaweed rolls), but it didn't interfere with any of them! I wish I could keep this sake at home. (I wish I could keep a bottle of this sake at home.)
