After the Tazake microbubbles, I thought this would be a good choice! The strength of the sake and the ease of drinking are both at the same level! I recommend it!
It was on sale at a local liquor store for a limited time during an event 🍶 Only one bottle per person was available, but it sold out in spite of Jikkomai and Sono Kangiku! I paired it with sea urchin, toro, shrimp, crab miso, unohana, and nori maki (seaweed rolls), but it didn't interfere with any of them! I wish I could keep this sake at home. (I wish I could keep a bottle of this sake at home.)
I bought a test (LABO) sake that I got hooked on after having the brewer explain and compare the sake at an annual event at a local liquor store. This one is called "Ama Ama", light cloudy, feeling shuwa, sweet, sweet, sweet (*^^*). I recommend it, but it may be difficult to find due to still weak distribution (*^^*), Mikura-sama! Good luck!
I was told by the master at my favorite restaurant, "I bought an interesting sake, try to guess it blind! Of course I thought of this brand, but I didn't expect to be able to stock it (sorry!).
I'll upload the photos I took. If you haven't opened a bottle of this sake yet, be careful, because it seriously explodes and fizzes... I had 1/3 of my delicious sake blow up in 2 seconds lol😁.
I love this brand's seasonal products and bought it immediately this fall 🌝 I started drinking it as a cold sake, but I found it more delicious when it was more settled (near hiya) in the glass! I hope everyone tries it at different temperatures!
I'm having trouble posting this, so I'm uploading it even though I drank it a while ago! 🍶 Sweet, light cloudy, light schwarziness, if you like these words, you're in the right place!
This is the first sake I've had since my wife got sick! So, I opened a challenge sake from a talented brewer 🍶(*^^*) As the description says, it has a light, banana-tinged sake aroma. The description says it's easy to drink, but I can't imagine how easy it is to drink.
Local Kangiku's Leap Year SPECIAL🍶! (*^^*) Terribly balanced, slight schwarziness. I've paired it with myoga and sashimi, but it can go with anything! Absolutely.
I have not had a bottle of this brand for a long time 🍶(*^^*) Akabu✕Sake Mirai = unknown territory www. I paired it with cashew nuts, sakiika and cheese, but it was a good marriage 🧀 Tomorrow I will try it with sashimi 🐟.
I love this brand 🍶(*^^*), the most powerful in terms of cost performance, and this time it was as good as the rumors say. I guess (I'll put my ignorance on the shelf and laugh 😁)
Today, I had a little bit of a snack at home after eating out (*^^*) I had cashew nuts and sakiika (you should try it at least once), so I had this one 🍶 It's 17℃ alcohol, so it has a boffa feeling, but it's really delicious!
It's really delicious!
I wandered around in search of a good food sake and came across this 🍶🌝🍶🌝 It was easy to drink, gorgeous, and refreshing, with a moderate Niigata-ness of light and dry ✨I would recommend it, but it costs 3,500 yen for 4 gou (・・;) if you think it is good, please try it lol
