It's a locally distributed sake 🍶 of Hiroki 🍶. My relatives were in Fukushima prefecture so I ned it lol🐶 It's more of a classic than Hiroki 💦 but as a food sake it's pretty much perfect ♬♬.

Challenge sake by Chiyonomikari x imadeya 🍶(*^^*) Since it is a sweet sake, I thought it would not go well with the sashimi we usually eat, so I prepared some fruit (peaches) and cheese! The best sake I've ever had! I wish they would sell it in convenience stores as a gateway to Japanese sake.

It's a gift 🍶🌝 Start with understanding the five letters on the label lol Yamada Nishiki + Yamao Tamachi Nishiki which stands for Omachi 🍶 It's gorgeous in the mouth but also has a good sake feel towards the end, very drinkable and delicious _(. _.) _(..._...)

I got it as a hidden menu item at my favorite restaurant 🍶😀 It was a versatile sake with both a robust taste of rice and a little sweetness+sweetness of the current style.

It's been a while since I've posted about Niigata and Sado Island's sake 🍶Garakudai! The concept was "refreshing" and it is as refreshing as it sounds! Sweet! Pleasantly schwar! Low al. 10.5%! I also love the illustration!

I opened a bottle of this brand that I bought in early spring🍶! (*^^*) Easy to drink, sweet mouthfeel, with a sake feel at the end. The balance is very good and I think it goes well with everything except sashimi 🌝.

I was able to obtain this brand 🍶🌝 by a small chance, so I let it settle for about half a month before opening the bottle! It's really gorgeous and tasty while retaining the rice and sake-like characteristics 😋 I'm not sure about the 4000 yen class for a four-pack though (^_^;)

A gem of IMADEYA SUBSUKU♪ This is a sake brewery that I support, and this time they focused on the astringent taste (*^^*). A pleasant, non-alcoholic aftertaste lingers long after it goes down your throat. It is certainly a sake I have never tasted before! I would recommend it, but it's a shame it's not in circulation!

This one! I'm going to buy a packet of this! It's a Eiko-Fuji, so it still has the same sweet mouthfeel and the same sake flavor that swells up at the end 😀 Mochi recommended. I'm drinking Omine's Summer Visit today...lol I uploaded it last year, so I guess I'm not going to take pictures.

I chose this sake 🍶 over gw's liberating and easy to drink ‼️(*^^*) It's still delicious (๑´ڡ`๑) but the sake feeling that remains at the end is stronger than before... Maybe not for beginners💦.

Today, I had a recommendation of Niigata's Jikin, or Chiyo Hikari 🍶(*^^*). It was a very nice sake with more of a sake feel than Jikin 🍣, and I paired it with sushi.
