It was very tasty. It has a very soft junmai (pure rice) flavor, and I would like to drink it between warmed to hot. The aftertaste of umami is also very smooth, so it is suitable for drinking during a meal. It is the kind of sake you want to drink with food and get gently intoxicated, rather than drinking it in large gulps. It goes well with saury, which is in season. I would like to drink this sake with oden on a cold day. The best hiyaoroshi I have ever had. 5.

This was one of the gifts from the set. I wondered if it would be okay at room temperature, but it tasted just fine (so-called Yamadanishiki + Junmai Daiginjo taste). It is nice to receive something like this knowing that I like sake. 4.0.

It tastes just as described on the back. And since both acidity and umami fade after a short time in the bottle, it is best to drink it cold and drink it well as soon as possible. Even after opening the bottle, it is more delicate and loses flavor more easily than other sakes. When drunk at its best, it was right in the middle of my favorites at 5. It has a good aroma, acidity, and umami, but it is very well-balanced, and each of them is not assertive. It does not go well with arame (rice wine), so it should be served with food. I think it goes well with other dishes besides Japanese food because of its aroma. 4.5

Dry sake with a full flavor of rice. It has a clean aftertaste. Only the sweetness of rice, typical of junmai, remains. A perfect food sake. I opened it in the hot, hot summer and would not want to drink it heated, but it is perfectly suited for warming up. It is definitely delicious in the cold of winter when it is lukewarm and served with simmered dishes. Personally, I think lukewarm is better than hot. Cold 3.5 Lukewarm 4.5 for reference
