It was very tasty. It has a very soft junmai (pure rice) flavor, and I would like to drink it between warmed to hot. The aftertaste of umami is also very smooth, so it is suitable for drinking during a meal.
It is the kind of sake you want to drink with food and get gently intoxicated, rather than drinking it in large gulps.
It goes well with saury, which is in season. I would like to drink this sake with oden on a cold day.
The best hiyaoroshi I have ever had.
