The owner recommended it to me, and it was very tasty.
It was fragrant, fresh, elegant and sweet, and I drank it all at once.
I would like to try other varieties.

Flat polished rice
Freshly squeezed
It has a strong sweetness (mellow), but it is aromatic with the freshness of freshly pressed rice and the flavor of orikarami.
It has a strong fruity taste, so it is not suitable for eating.
4.5 tasu
It is supposed to be Miyamanishiki, which I like, but I am sure the reason it didn't fit is because it is dry. I still like the type that leaves a lingering aftertaste.
Everyone has their own tastes.

I finally got to drink it. This sake is hard to find near my house.
The taste is clean and refreshing. Smooth and smooth in the mouth, giving the impression that the water is delicious.

dance recital praising Buddha, which accompanies the recital of a poem (in the Pure Land Sect of Buddhism)
I heard it was used at the summit.
I got it during my trip. I was happy to drink sake with delicious sashimi and dishes at the ryokan.
In fishing towns along the coast, dry sake is favored. I remember this when I see sake at a sake shop along the coast.
4+ (Japanese only)
Stable Eiko-Fuji. The image is that of a clean, elegant aroma and freshness with a soft umami taste.
I would like to drink more varieties to compare.

Orikarami, Shiboritate, Nama-no-Hara Sake.
I thought it was amazingly delicious, with a fresh and crisp aroma and a delicious rice flavor.
I have another bottle to check.

Miyamanishiki.
I think all Miyamanishiki sake is delicious.
Definitely a Hanahayo sake.
Fresh sweetness that pops and lingers in the aftertaste.
Fresh aroma.

Yamada Nishiki.
Although people around me say it tastes good, for some reason it doesn't fit my personal taste.
I will buy it again to find out the cause.

I guess it's because it feels like a dry taste. I guess.
