I bought this as a recommendation at a sake fair.
It is not the crispness of a daiginjo, but has a ginjo aroma, flavor, and freshness. It is not apple-like.
No acidity, strong sweetness, refreshing.
I would like to try other sake.
4+ ~ 4.5
A little heavier than my perfect taste.
