When served with a meal, it has a strong sake taste.
If you drink it by itself, it has a refreshing sourness like a lemon.
It is the first time to drink sake from Saitama, but it was very delicious sake.
I got it at Doi Shoten in Asahikawa ^_^.
The deep taste was very good ^_^.
I could drink it with horse sashimi, tamari-zuke cream cheese, or by itself ^_^.
Last year I had this sake with a friend and his wife... I thought I wouldn't be able to drink it with them this year because of Corona, but when I came home from work, there was a freshly squeezed bottle at the door... My friend and his wife had left it for me ^_^.
Of course I was happy about the sake, but I was also very happy about the sentiment! Looking forward to the day when we can drink together again, we enjoyed this sake ^_^.
It's mellow, robust, and has a clean aftertaste! It was the best combination with rice sushi with sockeye salmon ^_^.
It was delicious with a gaseous and fresh taste, but also tasty ^_^.
Personally, I prefer to drink it a day after opening the bottle as I can feel the rice flavor and it becomes more robust ^_^.
After climbing Asahidake in fine weather and dropping it on the snowboard, the sake was sinking in!
It's a sake that's just like sake, it's easy to pair with any dish, and I'd like to try it hot...
Delicious ^_^!
I'm embarrassed to admit I read it as Heto! LOL!
The 4th sake drinking party in the mountains
We went from the Kuchanbetsu trailhead to Mt. Tomuraushi, and then had a drink at the Numanohara camp site while eating oden... It was great to drink hot sake while looking at Mt. Tomuraushi in the temperature of 3 degrees Celsius.
The third sake drinking party in the mountains.
At the back Asahidake camping site...
It was great to drink hot sake while the temperature was in the single digits when the sun went down.
The second sake drinking party in the mountains
When we drink sake in the mountains, we usually drink it hot. It was great to drink sake with a beautiful view of the Shiretoko mountain range...
The First Sake Drinking Party in the Mountains
At the designated camping site of Kamihoro in the Tokachi mountain range
The sake of the pack considering the weight and the hot sake were very delicious ^_^.
