It's been a long time since I've had sake, but I've been enjoying it with Nara-zuke and tempura of cod's sprouts from the nearby mountain ^_^.
It's a sweet sake, but not unpleasant sweetness... it's delicious ^_^!
Niseko Purple
Made from "Kitashizuku" produced in Kutchan
One of the three worst breweries in Hokkaido, as my grandpa used to say...
No, no, it's not like that at all...
It brings out the flavor and sweetness of the rice, and is served with cream cheese mixed with Kinka mackerel cured ham and kazunoko... it was the best match ^_^!
Nisseko, it's delicious!
Izumi-san
I love mackerel too, I bought some shime mackerel at the supermarket yesterday. Sardines, Akitana fish, Horse mackerel sashimi and Namelou...
It is the sake which is sold in the Seven-Eleven of Kamikawa-cho or Sounkyo in Hokkaido.
I bought it as a souvenir for my wife on the way back from a snowboarding trip to Kamikawa in March.
I always buy it when I go to Kamikawa area... It's really good!
Hi Izumie-san, 🐶It's good to be able to buy it easily at a convenience store. Now, you can buy special Kamikawa Daisetsu, which Hotel Daisetsu employees helped brewing.
Thank you for your comment, Taiju Hiiragi ^_^.
That's right. It's also located in Kamikawa town in Hokkaido, about 150km away from Sapporo, which is not an easy place to visit...
Junmai Ginjo sake using only Gohyakumangoku from Ishikawa Prefecture.
Even though it is an unpasteurized sake, it is refreshing!
It's a sake for a meal.
4/12 Tokachi Junmai Ginjo of Kamikawa Taisetsu because we climbed Mt.
tempura of gyoja garlic
sashimi of tuna, hokke and horse mackerel
With salted squid...
It tastes so good you won't get tired of drinking it!
I want to drink Junmai-shu and Junmai-Daiginjo too ^_^
TSUCHIDA SHUZOH Ina to Agave prototype03
Naturally grown Sasanishiki rice grown in Oogata Village, Akita Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: 90
Alcohol content: 15 degrees
Mr. Okazumi, who has four and a half years of experience as a brewer at the Shinsei Sake Brewery in Akita Prefecture, launched the "Inato Agabe" project to obtain a new sake manufacturing license.
The sake made from 90% polished but naturally grown Sasanishiki without pesticides was very clear and soft, with a gentle sweetness ^_^.
A gift from a friend who often travels with me to the mountains, snowboarding and surfing...
It has a crisp taste that is typical of Hokkaido sake, with a hint of rice flavor.
It is very good with salted squid.
I am very happy with the feeling...
Izumi-san, good evening 🌙. Thank you very much for drinking this local, not so major sake. I was a little surprised and impressed to know that this sake is distributed in Sapporo 😆.
Good evening, x777303 ^_^.
Actually, it was sent to me by a friend in Okayama ^_^.
It was a delicious sake that goes well with fish from Hokkaido ^_^.
I love Okayama because of its delicious fruits ^_^.
