Since Fukuchiyo Sake Brewery (Nabeshima) is the most popular sake brewery in Japan, visitors to the brewery are always crowding in, so I asked my family to fill out an order form early in the morning and parked my car in the parking lot of Yutoku Inari Shrine.
I was waiting frustratingly for the first shuttle bus to depart an hour and a half later, and was relieved to hear that I was the first one to purchase Nabeshima!
I visited the brewery and found a long line for the paid tasting!
There were an unusually large number of people this year.
The sake bar at Fukuchiyo Sake Brewery is really nice, and I love to be able to enjoy sake that I can't drink normally, but the crowd was too much for me.
I will enjoy Junmai Ginjo at home.
