I drank Natureland about 2 months ago. It was my first time drinking Natureland and I was very impressed. It's from the same brewery as Instrumental Masamune, so I knew it would be delicious, but it's so easy to drink! It's refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness.

I've always wanted to drink Feiroki! I happened to find it at Hasegawa Sake Brewing Company and purchased it. The price was 3000 yen! However, this Hi-Roki seems to be available in the market unexpectedly, and there are many people who drink it at Sake-no-Wa. As soon as the bottle was opened, it tasted a little bitter or peculiar? After a couple of days, it became much milder, and I thought it was a drink that would be supported by everyone. I think I've conquered the Tohoku area with the Feirouki. There is still more sake I want to drink, so I'm looking forward to it!

This is my first origara sake, I don't usually drink muddy sake, but this is just a little muddy underneath. At first I drank it without the turbidity, it was a very straightforward sake that was easy to drink, then I shook it a bit and mixed the turbidity in. I thought muddiness = bitterness in my mind, so this sake was a beautiful drink. It wasn't that fruity, it was really easy to drink, and it was very good as a food drink!

These are the items I bought on my first visit to Kakinuma Sake Shop. I was planning to buy the Akatake from the beginning. It was very fruity and tasty, but I thought it was a little too sweet for me. I thought. The lady said it was delicious.

This is a newly released Junmai Daiginjo by Kubota, and the price is quite inexpensive at around 1,500 yen for a #4 bottle. The aroma spreads in the mouth and the sweetness comes in, but it's not fruity, it's just the sweetness of the rice. Quintessential Kubota! Thanks again for the delicious sake.

The brewery polishes its own rice and uses Yamada-Nishiki in abundance to make this sake. When you drink it at room temperature, the first thing you taste is the rice flavor, and you'll get a strong alcoholic taste that says "this is Japan's sake," and it's delicious! It's not fruity, but it's not dry either, just rich and delicious. It's not fruity, but it's not too dry, and it has a rich flavor. I used to drink a lot of fruity sake, but thanks to this sake, I have a new appreciation for sake.

I drank an Enochi before and it was delicious, so today I drank the Daiginjo, the one above it. When you take it in your mouth, you feel it is a little spicy, but the aftertaste goes away smoothly. It has a fruity feeling, but it is not bad at all, and the more I drink it, the more I want to drink it again. The more I drink it, the more I want to drink it again. I just opened a bottle today, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it will change over time.

The brewery's true potential was evident three days after opening the bottle. On the first day, it was a little spicy with a hint of gas and alcohol, but this sake really came into its own 3 days after opening the bottle, with a wonderfully relaxed and fruity taste. What's the fruity? That being said, it's subtle, but is it a mango? Hmmm...only those who have drunk it can understand this (>_<)...sorry for the poor expression.

Before, the president of the company let me drink some of the stuff he bought for 30,000 for a friend's birthday. Quintessential! It's easy to drink, well-balanced, and everything is great. There is nothing to say about it.

I drank the Houobiden and Asahi Rice last time and it was delicious, so I'll have the first Shibori this time. On the first day of opening, it had a fruity taste, but I still felt a little bitterness or habit. (I wonder if the five hundred million stone is not for me?) Day 2, the habit is there, but it's getting easier to drink! Sweetness of white grapes or lychee? It has a nice lingering taste. The alcohol content is 16-17 degrees, so be careful not to drink too much and enjoy it while chasing! This time I tried to marry it with shellfish. They met very nicely.

This is the first unfiltered raw sake I bought and drank in October, Hououmida. The mouthfeel is refreshing and easy to drink, but when it goes through the nose, it has a hint of greenish smell. I thought. It was described as being like a blue melon, and I wondered if that was it? I thought it was a good idea, but it wasn't for me. I was a little reluctant to try Houou Bita because that was the first time I drank it, but I decided to give it another try and bought the Asahi Rice Junmai Ginjo. I was very excited to open the bottle and drink it, and it was delicious! I was impressed with the taste of Hououmita. It has a refreshing sweetness, but it's not too bad, and after one drink, I feel addicted to drinking it again. This is a bottle that I want you to buy and drink.

Drinking comparison between the R type and X type of Shinsei No. 6! Luxury~(>_<) Hmmm... I have my preferences, but to be clear, I think I like the R type better! The X type is delicious, but the first bite is oh! I think, but the smell of the rice malt is unavoidable in the second sip, and there's a tingling in the throat. If you say that's the best part of sake, I'm still inexperienced. Rtype doesn't have much flavor, but it is refreshing and has a sweetness like lychee, and it's very crisp. Hmmm... It's difficult. It is very difficult to get into the depth of sake.

It's been six days since we opened the bottle. Oh, no! It's softer and easier to drink! You can drink it like it's water (>_<), but it still has a fruity and light feeling to it. I haven't had a drink this easy since the 14th Honmaru.

I opened the bottle today and drank one cup for the time being. The smell of koji and the sweetness of the gum white spread in the first sip, and it's easy to drink even though it's unpasteurized. I'm looking forward to seeing how it will turn into a sweetness like Muscat as it ages.

We've just opened a bottle of sake. Is this really a Japanese sake? Wine? Mmmm, delicious! It was really good, just a precious sake that you can't get nowadays. I've already only had one glass of it when I served it to my buddies (>_<), and I'm looking forward to seeing how the rest will turn out after a couple of days.

I'll be opening the bottle tomorrow for a friend or the president of my company. You can't buy either of them at the internet price, but I got them at a liquor store for a fixed price. They are now 1500 yen Shinsei 3,000 yen Which would you like to drink? Please don't do both because they are too good to be true.

A month ago, this one also happened to be in stock at a certain liquor store. I think the price was 1800 yen. (Cheap) I was so happy because this is one of the sakes that got me into sake, and I drank it with a friend. The taste was very fruity and easy to drink, just like Jigen. Takasago is from the same brewery as Jigen, and the flavor was wonderful and full of luxury, but at over 3,000 yen for a #4 bottle, it was a bit pricey. Kamo Nishiki's 13% Huangshensui alcohol was initially gassy and slightly bitter, but after three days, it was like a banana! It turned out to be very fruity and very tasty. It's good to enjoy the change in flavor after a day of sake opening.
