The brewery's true potential was evident three days after opening the bottle.
On the first day, it was a little spicy with a hint of gas and alcohol, but this sake really came into its own 3 days after opening the bottle, with a wonderfully relaxed and fruity taste.
What's the fruity? That being said, it's subtle, but is it a mango? Hmmm...only those who have drunk it can understand this (>_<)...sorry for the poor expression.
