You're right, it has a sour taste like Bickle, Yakult and drinkable yogurt.
To be honest, it's not really my cup of tea.
A woman I know was guzzling it and said it was delicious. Is it still for women?
The last in our drinking series is Kido!
Fruity on the palate, then the ginjo aroma that passes through the nose, and then it disappears cleanly at the end! It's a perfect drink.
We still have a variety of sake stocked in the fridge, so I will check in again.
Thank you all for your continued support.
This is the time of year when all the breweries offer Hachitan Nishiki sake, but I chose Ame no Tsuki.
It's always a great taste, fruity on the palate, sharp and dry! Too well balanced.
I bought this drink because I had heard it was fruity and delicious.
It tasted far better than I thought it would, and even though I bought a bottle, three of my friends and I opened it up. I would buy it again!
I missed out on a bottle of Suzaku in the summer, so I bought this one as it was getting cold and suitable for warming up.
It has a dry, ginjo flavor and is a great sake without being microwaved.
Nice to meet you, Manta!
Thank you for your comment. It's better to use high carbonated water and no ice, and then add ice after checking the balance of flavors (^^)Add ice slowly!
It is the first time to drink this sake.
It's a good sake that you can drink in a flowing way and finish with a crisp finish. Does it have little impact on me?
This is a sake made by two brewers, Mimurosugi and Senko, using American Calrose rice.
The Calrose rice is very hard, and they had a hard time polishing it.
The taste is beautiful and easy to drink, and the flavor is typical of Mimurosugi.
This is a Junmai Daiginjo Mimurosugi.
As you would expect, it's made with Yamada Nishiki from the Special A region, so it's fruity, a little dry and sharp.
This is the one that made me love the Mimurosugi even more!
My favorite, Mimurosugi.
This Junmai Ginjo is the sake that the brewery said you'd recognize our sake if you drink it.
It has a great balance of fruity flavor and crispness.
I'm going to go to a series that I drank but haven't checked in on yet.
This one is from the same brewery as the Nature Village.
It was very fruity and easy to drink!
I bought this one because my wife said the label is cute and it's an apple sake.
So we will check in again at a later date as she is going to open it at New Year's and drink it.
This sake is from the Hanayosu brewery, which is known to those in the know.
I actually went to buy a Hanayoukyou, but it's a point system so I gave up and decided to buy this one.
It's light on the palate and dry at the end with a crisp taste.
It tastes just like Japanese sake, and it was delicious.
I used to drink sweet sake all the time, so it's nice to drink dry sake once in a while!
This is a drink from Ibaraki Prefecture.
It is very easy to drink at first impact. It has a fruity taste and a little bit of gas.
It has a good sweetness, so it is delicious as a mid-meal drink.
It's the first time I've been able to buy a forest of wind.
It's as good as it gets, as you would expect from a highly rated brew.
It's fruity and easy to drink with a hint of gas. I'd love to drink a different kind again!
This is another sake I've tried before, but since it is brewed alcohol, it didn't suit me and I got badly drunk.
The taste is smooth and easy to drink, and I didn't find it particularly fruity.
