A month ago, this one also happened to be in stock at a certain liquor store.
I think the price was 1800 yen. (Cheap)
I was so happy because this is one of the sakes that got me into sake, and I drank it with a friend. The taste was very fruity and easy to drink, just like Jigen.
Takasago is from the same brewery as Jigen, and the flavor was wonderful and full of luxury, but at over 3,000 yen for a #4 bottle, it was a bit pricey.
Kamo Nishiki's 13% Huangshensui alcohol was initially gassy and slightly bitter, but after three days, it was like a banana! It turned out to be very fruity and very tasty.
It's good to enjoy the change in flavor after a day of sake opening.
