The brewery polishes its own rice and uses Yamada-Nishiki in abundance to make this sake.
When you drink it at room temperature, the first thing you taste is the rice flavor, and you'll get a strong alcoholic taste that says "this is Japan's sake," and it's delicious! It's not fruity, but it's not dry either, just rich and delicious. It's not fruity, but it's not too dry, and it has a rich flavor.
I used to drink a lot of fruity sake, but thanks to this sake, I have a new appreciation for sake.
