Once-heated, unfiltered. This is a luxurious junmai-shu made from 70% polished Yamadanishiki, and the alcohol content is a little high, but it is well balanced and easy to drink. It's a bit high in alcohol, but the finish is well balanced and easy to drink. The level of sake from Saga is very high💕. Thank you very much!

It is a sake made from Hitomebore in Gunma Prefecture, pressed from the sake mother, which can be said to be in the process of being brewed, and is an easy drinking type with 5% alcohol. Juice? LOL! No, it's a proper sake, a little fizzy, refreshing and easy to drink. I knew it was juice😋. I enjoyed it 🎵.

I jumped off the stage of Shimizu😳. Well, the result is death😭. I'm not a bottle person, I'm a drink person. I've seen the concept of the brewery on TV before, and I've learned a lot about the Toji's role and the president's thoughts. It's the pinnacle of Asahi Shuzo, and I wonder what they have to say about the sake industry, or even Japan itself? I️ want to take a peek at it, even if it's just a little bit. I think I may have gotten my hopes up a little too high. In the process of dissolving the rice and making it into Daiginjo, perhaps the flavor has been stripped away? It's easy to drink, that's for sure. Fresh, elegant, light, and many other words of praise can be listed. But unfortunately, it was not to my taste. The price of just one glass was more than a quarter of a bottle, so you can't not expect it ❗ I'll have to try again with a more appropriate drink😊.

I think it is sold only at the brewery. I was warned about it when I bought it at the Otokoyama Shuzo main store in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. It's a very sweet sake, but is it okay💦? The label on the label also says "-61 degrees". I've never heard of it or seen it before. It's definitely sweet, but it tastes good too! How do you get such a sweet taste in sake🎵? There are still many things I don't understand ❗.

I received this water in Shiretoko, a world heritage site. I think it's a hotel exclusive, but it's a refreshing all-rounder that's easy to pair with food. It's also a great way to make sure that you're getting the best value for your money.

The label for the fiscal year 2012 Ichiban Shibori "Funeshizuku" (Tank Shizuku) will be a bold representation of sake droplets flowing down from the bag, according to the company. The simple sake drip💧 symbol caught my eye and I bought the jackets, and it was a good decision😊. It's fruity, sweet and light, just like wine 🎵It's delicious. It has none of the nastiness that often causes sake to be shunned😋. The yeast is brewed slowly at low temperature to bring out the fresh and elegant aroma of white grapes.

This is one of my favorite Daishinshu, but it's a special Daishinshu🎵. I was able to welcome the new year with the very limited and very rare Kametsubo Junmai Daiginjo Namaishu, which is produced by a liquor store in Kita-ku, Sapporo, and is specially ordered every year by the famous sake brewer Yutaka ❗ I cleaned my body, mind, and stomach with Osechi food and several kinds of sacred sake😋. I used a small shishaku to pour the sake from this Daishinshu Kame-Tubo into a fun inoguchi (sake cup) and sipped 🎶chibi🎶! It has a refreshing Daiginjo aroma, a full yet subtle flavor, and a melon-like sweetness. 、、、、 No, I really love it😊. You can't find this Kametsubo Junmai Daiginjo on the internet💦. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea. I'm sure it's going to be a happy year 🎵. Thank you very much😊.

Last year, I visited one of the breweries in Higashi-Hiroshima City on a sake brewery tour, and I found a bottle of fresh new sake and bought it immediately. It was a gentle drink with a fresh and gorgeous flavor and sweetness, and a round aroma. At the end of the day, it's not sweet, it's crisp and sour and refreshing to keep drinking 🎵. The raw material rice, Nakao Shin Senbon, has been the most widely used sake brewing rice in Hiroshima Prefecture for a long time, and this year's new rice from Hiroshima Prefecture was used. Nice work Hiroshima😋.

I'd heard it was meant to be drunk like wine, and it says so on the label💦. I tried it in a wine glass 🎵 It was a gorgeous, fresh, fruity sake with a New Year's Eve feast ❗. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I think it's a good thing. You can easily finish a bottle while looking back on the year 😋. The following is from the website:ーーSAUVAGE means "wildness". It is one of the oldest varieties in Japan that you can experience. It is one of the oldest Japanese rice varieties that you can experience. When it grows in the rice field, it stands tall in the sun and looks just like a man. The "Omachi" that produces large grains of rice is very masculine. The native species can be regarded as wild rice. Its powerful wildness is greatly reflected in the quality of sake. The weed-like vitality of the rice is strongly rooted, and the primitive activity of the plant is directly felt. You can easily feel the difference when you compare the two while imagining the masculine strength of Omachi. Please enjoy the difference by the breed.

Men's mountain in Hokkaido was announced for the second year in a row by the circumstances of an adult, and it is a drink in the series of various circumstances. It is a special blend of the best parts that could not be exported abroad due to the influence of Corona, and this year 2021 has been released in Daiginjo 🎵. It's too good for this price❗ A harmony of umami, sweetness, roundness and lightness🎶. It's been a long time since I've had a chance to try one of these ❗ I've had the pleasure of drinking it several times After that, I've been fortunate enough to work with it a few times, and each time I've enjoyed it more and more💦 EVENT ## DATE 2005-08 ## TITLE Otokoyama Junmai Daiginjo ## DESC Otokoyama Junmai Daiginjo ## DESC Otokoyama Junmai Daiginjo In our company, the Junmai Daiginjo sake made before the Corona disaster (two years ago) is stored in a low-temperature tank, and we judged that we could not expect a rapid recovery in demand for some time to come, so we decided to release it at a discounted price so that many customers could taste it when it tastes good "now". We have decided to release it at a reasonable price. The flavor is a blend of Junmai Daiginjo, made with Yamada Nishiki (38% milling ratio) from Hyogo Prefecture, which is one of our highest-grade products and has won many gold medals in sake competitions in Japan and abroad, and Junmai Daiginjo, made with rice suitable for sake brewing (40% milling ratio) from Hokkaido. It has a mild aroma and a light yet rich and elegant taste.

It's a mountainous area with heavy snowfall and the Tateyama Mountain Range and the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, but does it produce good rice? Normally, I prefer Junmai style, but this Tateyama that you recommended is a Honjozo. But is it special if you put "special" on it? It was a refreshing dry sake that was easy to drink. When I looked it up a little, I heard that they are trying to change the label to a new one. The image video is also a bit stylish🎶. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not. https://www.sake-tateyama.com/movie/tvcm2016/

Did you say "Kaga Hyakumangoku"? Is it a synonym to express the richness of the past 🎵? When I was a kid, we used to say 'one million yen' for everything, right? The sake from this historic brewery was simple and easy to drink. It's a dry sake with a good balance that will appeal to everyone. From the HP! The concept word is "iki". The most important thing to achieve this is sharpness. It's not just spicy, it's a dry sake that is crisp while valuing the umami that is the lifeblood of sake. Kagatobi is a sake that has expanded its range of flavor by thoroughly pursuing the technique of pure rice brewing. It is a brand that allows you to taste the true art of sake brewing.

It's Tanaka Shuzo from Otaru City in Hokkaido, Japan, and if you think the label is unfamiliar, it's 、、、、 Eisen, a sake that has been revived after almost half a century. It's a Junmai Ginjo with a masculine profile and umami flavor that is refreshingly dry. It's easy to pair with a variety of foods as a gourmet sake. Sakaeizumi was produced by Rishiri Shuzo (1932-73), which was the only sake brewery on Rishiri Island. The brand was popular because it used "Amaurosensui," spring water from Rishiri Fuji Town, which was selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. This time, Supres (Sapporo), a company that supports the management of hometown taxation, has revived Eizumi by commissioning Tanaka Shuzo to produce it.

An excellent pairing with sushi. It doesn't interfere with the harmony of the sushi rice and the toppings, and never gets in the way. Yes, it's delicious. It's not just spicy, it has to have a good flavor to it. By the way, I found this information on their website. The "Sakemon no Kai" was established in September 1994 by a group of volunteers from our sake dealers. The producers and sellers are working together as a trinity to share a sense of purpose and to raise the status of the breweries and member sake dealers in the hope that they will have a strong presence in the future. As a specific activity, twice a year, in spring and fall, we ask the breweries to sell a special sake as a "Sakemon no Kai" recommended product. We are proud to say that all of them are excellent and full of cost performance. We would be very happy if this sake could be the catalyst for a synergistic effect on both sides. At present, there are about 63 member sake shops nationwide, and 7 famous breweries are participating as sponsors. The Shumon-no-kai is run by the sake retailers, and we are cooperating with them as the secretariat.
