Daishinshuカメ壺 純米大吟醸 生
お猿と狸
This is one of my favorite Daishinshu, but it's a special Daishinshu🎵.
I was able to welcome the new year with the very limited and very rare Kametsubo Junmai Daiginjo Namaishu, which is produced by a liquor store in Kita-ku, Sapporo, and is specially ordered every year by the famous sake brewer Yutaka ❗
I cleaned my body, mind, and stomach with Osechi food and several kinds of sacred sake😋.
I used a small shishaku to pour the sake from this Daishinshu Kame-Tubo into a fun inoguchi (sake cup) and sipped 🎶chibi🎶!
It has a refreshing Daiginjo aroma, a full yet subtle flavor, and a melon-like sweetness. 、、、、 No, I really love it😊.
You can't find this Kametsubo Junmai Daiginjo on the internet💦.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
I'm sure it's going to be a happy year 🎵.
Thank you very much😊.

Happy New Year, Shinshin-san!
It's been my favorite brewery since I've been fortunate enough to have a relationship with Matsumoto City❗
The turtle jar is perfect for New Year's and I had fun pouring it and going 💨 lol
