KamoshibitokuheijiSAUVAGE 純米大吟醸 雄町
お猿と狸
I'd heard it was meant to be drunk like wine, and it says so on the label💦.
I tried it in a wine glass 🎵 It was a gorgeous, fresh, fruity sake with a New Year's Eve feast ❗.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but I think it's a good thing.
You can easily finish a bottle while looking back on the year 😋.
The following is from the website:ーーSAUVAGE means "wildness".
It is one of the oldest varieties in Japan that you can experience. It is one of the oldest Japanese rice varieties that you can experience. When it grows in the rice field, it stands tall in the sun and looks just like a man.
The "Omachi" that produces large grains of rice is very masculine.
The native species can be regarded as wild rice.
Its powerful wildness is greatly reflected in the quality of sake.
The weed-like vitality of the rice is strongly rooted, and the primitive activity of the plant is directly felt.
You can easily feel the difference when you compare the two while imagining the masculine strength of Omachi.
Please enjoy the difference by the breed.
