のーさんOnce upon a time, I was given a sample of sake at a liquor store that I'll never forget. At that time, the sake we were given was at the stage before it became a product, and it seemed like they listened to the reactions and voices of the people who drank it and decided what to do with it. That's what I got with this one. And I think it was HEAVEN&EARTH that I drank at that time. (I'm sorry if I'm wrong, it was many years ago) I found it at a liquor store and bought it immediately. I found it at a liquor store and bought it immediately. It was like that. It smells like a slightly sweet sake. And the taste. Oh my god! This is muscat! It's so fruity, so muscat. So delicious! It's been a while since I've had a glass of Kon-kunichi, but it's the best I've had in a long time. I never thought I'd come across this sake, or even see it again, at the second liquor store of the liquor store where I tasted it that time. My heart is full. I can't stop drinking it. I want it to be around forever. A drink like that. Cheers.

Maa.Mr. Nosan (lol?) Good morning😃. Kenkunichi is my favorite sake too! I'd like to try this one as I haven't had it yet😊.

のーさんMaa., good morning ☀☀☀. Thanks for your comment! Qiankunichi is very delicious, isn't it? This sake is also very fruity and delicious, like a dessert. If you come across it, please do!

のーさんFinally, I had the chance to get my hands on it. It is a rice wine made by Nishida Sake Brewery in Aomori Prefecture. I know it's a very major sake, but I've never been able to find it, until now. I found out from a blog that a liquor store near me had a limited supply, so I went there to see if they had any more after a few days had passed, but they did. I was lucky. I bought it without hesitation. The aroma is so fruity. When I put it in my mouth, a clear sweetness comes, and it goes away quickly. No wonder it's so popular. I don't think you can find it every time, so I will buy it again when I find it. I visited Aomori Prefecture on a school trip when I was a junior high school student. Naturally, I wasn't old enough to drink alcohol at the time, so I just went to the famous tourist spots, but now I think I'd probably go to each sake brewery. It's difficult until Corona settles down, but I'd like to visit again. We will do rice wine along with boiled shrimp. Work tomorrow. I haven't forgotten, but I want to. Such sake. Cheers.

のーさんIt's here, cold wholesale. It's autumn. Speaking of autumn, it is cold wholesale. This year's first chilled sake is from Tatenogawa Shuzo. When you open the bottle, you will be greeted with a mellow aroma. It is very elegant. You can smell it all the time! When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the tangy taste on the tip of your tongue, and then the delicious taste spreads out. It's a little thick, but just the right amount of salt. It feels like autumn. It's a sake that I want to drink constantly, but it's not sold in my neighborhood. I have no choice but to buy it online, but I have to buy 6 bottles to get free shipping, so I'll have to pay for the shipping. I'm drinking it while watching the para closing ceremony. It's just cool and feels good. Such a drink. Cheers.

のーさんI love the Tatenogawa Sake Brewery. Until I met Tatenogawa, sake was a drink that I didn't like because it smelled like alcohol to me. After sipping Tatenogawa, my sense of value toward sake changed 180 degrees. So, for me, Tatenogawa Sake Brewery is the beginning, the trigger, the starting point, and a brewery that I am very attached to. That's why I got my summer sake a little late. First of all, the label is stylish! It's very sparkly. And the aroma and taste are refreshing. It has a strong spicy feeling, but it goes well with sashimi. So it makes you drunk. I'm glad to drink it. It is fun and happy to enjoy seasonal sake. Such sake. Cheers.

Yukiotokosake yell II

のーさんIt is said that this drink was created to break the blockage of Corona. This is the second bottle after last year, and it is called II. It is limited time only. The rice polishing ratio was undisclosed, but I had seen people say it was easy to drink at Sake-no-wa, so I bought it. The aroma is mild, but you can feel the presence of the sake faintly. I don't dislike this kind of feeling. And it's easy to drink. It's not that easy to drink, but I like the balance of it. If it were too easy to drink, it would disappear quickly, so it's a very good balance. I don't know what it is, but it makes me want to eat sashimi. That's why I'm getting fat, isn't it? But just one more drink. Such sake. Cheers.

のーさんIt has become quite comfortable in Sapporo. The sky is high, and I was able to get Kawanakajima at last while the sign of the autumn was felt. I was able to meet this one this time though Genmai is a very famous sake brewery and well, I cannot get it. According to the sake shop, even if it's not Genmai, it's a sake that runs out quickly, so we were lucky to be able to buy it this time. The aroma is very mild. And the taste is very easy to drink. It is said to be a sake that you will never get tired of drinking, so you can keep drinking it. It's delicious. I want a bottle of this. But the next time I go there, they don't have it. I'll buy it again when I come across it. That kind of sake. Cheers.

のーさんI should pick a region that I haven't had yet, but I want to keep this one. So, this is Sakata Shuzo from Yamagata Prefecture. I got a bottle of Sakewaji the other day and it was so good that I bought it again. The conquest of the whole country is going away. The aroma is gentle and faintly fruity. And it is easy to drink. It's the kind of thing that runs out quickly. It's swift. The alcohol is also low at 13%, so you should be able to finish it in a day. And the label is beautiful. The moon is floating on it. When I went to buy it, there were only 3 bottles left. So you can't see it anymore. The temperature falls at a dash from yesterday, and it is Sapporo that it became the visit of autumn in an instant. It is this temperature as soon as the Olympics is over. It was really hard for the runners, wasn't it? I think it was very easy to run today. It's cooler now, but the summer sake still tastes good. I'll be drinking slowly tonight while watching the Olympic games that I recorded and haven't watched yet. Such sake. Cheers.

のーさんPriority measures to prevent the spread of the disease have been issued. So we left early to visit the grave. As for my parents' house, I'll say goodbye only at the entrance. It is Kunimori of the Nakano Shuzo of Aichi Prefecture that I bought at the station of the local road that I dropped in on the way back. I thought, "Why the sake of Aichi Prefecture in the roadside station of Hokkaido? But it was because it was brewed with the Ginpu produced in the town of Tobetsu. I wasn't planning to buy any sake, though. But as a fan of Ginkaze, I couldn't help it. If you've seen it, then you've bought it. I chilled it for a whole day and opened the bottle. The aroma is a bit faint. It's not bad. The mouthfeel is gentle. But when you swallow it, you can feel the assertiveness, but it is delicious. The assertion is also gentle. I don't know what to say, but it's secretly gentle (mystery). It's like a coffee mug that's been brewed and placed so that the handle of the mug is on your dominant hand side. It's easy to drink. It's not as easy to drink as summer sake, so it's just right for me. It's not too heavy on the sake, but just a little, so it's easy to pair with some snacks. I've been gaining weight lately, so I'm trying to cut down on my drinking, but I can't help it. That kind of sake. Cheers!

のーさんIt's hot again today. So, when I was gathering information at Sake-no-wa in search of summer sake, Yamori caught my eye here and there. So I chose this one. It's Toshima-ya Sake Brewery in Tokyo. I knew the name for a while, but it was my first time to drink it. The first sip. Oh? The impression is different from what I thought. The sake feeling is unexpectedly felt, and I thought that this might be my weak point. When I put it in my mouth, the sake feeling comes rather quickly. So, let it sit for a few days. Three days have passed since the bottle was opened. It seems to have become a little rounder. But it still has a liquor feeling. I realized here that I seem to like sweet things (after all this time). But I was confused when I bought it. I wasn't sure which Yamori I should buy. The label is beautiful, isn't it? Isn't the label also important? There was this blue one, a green one, and a bottle with a green one. The green one has a rice polishing ratio of 50, and the green one uses Ginpu from Hokkaido, so I decided to go with the blue label, which is only available once a year. So I would like to try another label next time. Such a sake. Cheers!

のーさんIt was hot today, too. That's why I chose a super dry sake for tonight. I was attracted by the rice polishing ratio. The aroma is mild. At first it has a slightly tangy raw sake feeling, and then it breaks up. The expression "crisp" is perfect. If you like it spicy, don't hesitate to get it. The aftertaste is very sharp. The attack is a little strong for me, probably because I've been drinking a lot of easily drinkable sake lately, but on the other hand, it's good to drink slowly. If you run out quickly, you'll have to buy more, so it's not good for your health. I have limited space in my fridge, and of course limited money. Ideally, I'd like to create an environment where I can buy whatever I'm interested in, store it in a dedicated sake cellar, and drink whatever I want whenever I want. I'd love to have a sake cellar, but I'm still trying to figure out which one I should get. I'm glad I chose today's one because I can relax while watching the Olympics. Such sake. Cheers!

のーさんThere was no brand name, so we made one. This is a new sake brewed by Kitanishi Shuzo in Saitama Prefecture. First of all, the label is very simple. But it is cool. Stylish. It's very stylish. And they don't disclose the rice polishing ratio, sake content, or acidity. It's very secretive. The alcohol content is low at 13%. It is said that it is made with the concept that even people who are not used to drinking sake can enjoy it. Now, let's open the bottle while watching the Olympics. There is a warning sign on the bottle. The liquor store also gave an explanation. It has a slight aroma. Of course you can feel the sake, but it's gentle. It's easy to try, even if you're new to sake. It also tastes refreshing. Lately, I've only been drinking sake with a refreshing taste, but it's summer and I can't help it. It's hot and it's the Olympics, so it goes well. When you put it in your mouth, you can slightly feel the tangy taste of raw sake, but it's not harsh at all. When it goes down your throat, you can feel a bit of sake, but it's a pleasant feeling. This makes me want to give it to someone. I want to give it to people who don't usually drink sake and introduce them to the world of sake. I want to give it to someone who doesn't normally drink sake and introduce them to the world of sake, and talk about their favorite brands. This is that kind of sake. Cheers!

のーさんI know the name. However, I didn't have a chance to see it because it didn't come in the liquor store I often went to. But I found it. I came across it. It's a Yamada Nishiki Koei Kiku from Koei Kiku Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture. According to the information from the sake shop, it's good luck to find this sake, and it's a super premium sake with no advertising. I was told that it doesn't appear even if I search it on the Internet, and it really doesn't appear. There are only a few hits on Sake no Wa. The next time I came, they said they didn't have it, so I bought it immediately. I was so excited to open the bottle. The aroma was fruity. I felt like a grapefruit. And the taste. Very elegant. Gentle. The sensation of swooshing, yet the clarity afterwards is unbelievable. I don't think it's just the alcohol content of 12 that makes it disappear so quickly. No wonder it sold out so quickly. The sake itself is also very clear and beautiful. I always buy it in a 720ml bottle, but this is the one I want in a bottle. (It wasn't sold in a bottle, though.) It's so delicious, I can't stop drinking it. And I'm so glad I finally got to drink the Koei Kiku brand! I'm going to go to the liquor store tomorrow to see if they have it. I wonder if they have any more. I'll try my best. Such a sake. Cheers.

のーさんI'm a sucker for catch phrases like "first time only". So, here it is, the first limited edition brew! It's Tenka from Dainagawa in Akita Prefecture. I actually went to the liquor store to buy the silver Tenka, but the gold Tenka had a 5% lower rice polishing ratio, so I immediately shifted. The aroma was slightly fruity. In the mouth, it's so good! The alcohol content is not high at 15, so it is very gentle. You can feel the alcohol, but it's elegant. It's a little bit tangy on the tongue, and immediately after that, it's refreshing. I really like this kind of thing. I'm going to watch the Olympics, so I'm going to drink, and I'm going to finish it in one day, so I can't help but feel that the cost is going to be bad. I know it's my own spoonful. It cannot be adjusted. As you can see on the label, you can only get it at 10 selected stores nationwide. It's very rare. I'm already lucky to have such a sake, thank you very much. I want to brew sake that not only makes you drunk, but also makes your heart drunk. It is said that it is made with this in mind. The thought is the best. If I meet it again, I will buy it immediately. Decision. Definite. Definitely. Such a sake. Cheers.

のーさんI'm completely addicted to summer sake these days. It's been extremely hot all over Japan today. Even in my city, Sapporo, the temperature is so high that I might die without air conditioning. It is the summer sake of the Nanamizu which I bought by the recommendation of the liquor store in such a situation. It is the raw sake of the Junmai Ginjo standard though it is the use of the rice which is not equal. I'm sure those who understand it will be able to tell the difference in taste, but I don't really understand it myself. I'm sure it's the result of the skill of the brewery and the rice farmer, because even sake made from unapproved rice tastes very good (hiding my stupid tongue). The aroma is citrusy and fluffy. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a peachy sensation, and welcome sourness, but it is fruity and refreshing. This is the kind of thing that proceeds on a hot summer night. Sea. It makes me want to go to the sea. Not the mountains, but the sea. With such a feeling, I remembered the sweet and sour summer of my school days. For me, the sweet and sour citrus came, and when it went down my throat, a little bit of alcohol came out and I said goodbye immediately, but the citrus was still there. It's not too harsh, so I can go on and on, but tomorrow is Monday, and I have to work. I haven't forgotten. I haven't forgotten, but I feel like forgetting. Such a drink. Cheers.

のーさんI know that Ottersai is delicious. In order to achieve my goal of conquering the sake breweries of all 46 prefectures, I tried to avoid wearing too much of it, but when I went to the liquor store, they had it. It's so cheap. I had to buy it, I couldn't help it. This is the first time I drank Ottersai made with Isogai rice, and it is very delicious. It's an amateur's impression, but it has the gentle, gorgeous aroma of otters and the deliciousness of the rice. The rice polishing ratio of 23% is also very impressive. I love the fact that Asahi Sake Brewery buys rice from farmers and makes Ottersai with it. My family is also a rice farmer, though they use the rice for food, so this stance really appealed to me. If they can buy all the rice they need, I'm sure the farmers will think twice about making better rice. After all, Ottersai is delicious, and I was impressed by their passion for sake making. I want to drink as much as I can, and I can. I can drink it. That kind of sake. Cheers.

DATE SEVENEPISODE Ⅶ THE FINAL-美酒なないろに輝いて-純米大吟醸
39
のーさんFinally, I was able to get my hands on it. This sake was made as part of a project where seven sake breweries, the pride of Miyagi Prefecture, brewed a single sake. It's so wonderful to see seven sake breweries working together. And the bottle is so stylish. It looks like wine. It's beautiful. Too beautiful. I want to put it on display. I'll decorate it when I open it. And it's so easy to drink! Very elegant drinking. & refreshing. I don't feel the alcohol in it at all. It's not as sudsy as summer sake, but it's kind of elegant sudsy (vocabulary). It's such a delicious sake, but it's the last one this year, DATE 7, so it's THE FINAL. I want to visit the sake breweries in Miyagi Prefecture, and by all means, I want to go to Miyagi Prefecture when the Corona disaster opens. Maybe it's because it's been so hot lately, but I feel like the sake I pour into my glass gets lukewarm rather quickly. What should I drink it with? I'm at a loss. I'd like to keep the temperature of these tasty, easy-to-drink drinks the same, but I guess that's just the way it is in summer. However, I want to drink it again! But I guess it's gone. I wonder if I can find it anywhere. I think I'll look for it. Such a sake. Cheers.

のーさんThis is a summer sake made by Sei Shuzo in Gunma prefecture. I've heard rumors about the Sei brand for a long time, but finally I was able to get my hands on one. This is the perfect summer sake. Crisp and refreshing. It is truly refreshing. The aroma is clear, and it's the best in my history. It was emptied the very day I opened the bottle. Oh, what a waste. I was going to drink it with great care. I bought it at my usual liquor store, but it was the last bottle. I guess it's hard to get anymore. And that's why I got drunk, so the details are fuzzy. But I enjoyed it so much that it disappeared in one night. That's how good it was. More brands to check out in the future. It's been a while since I've had any. Such sake. Cheers.

のーさんThe brewery is located in Nanae Town in the southern part of Hokkaido, and is a new brewery that started operations this year. It is the first sake brewery in the Donan region in 35 years. First of all, the label is beautiful. I bought half of it on the spot. And the rice is Ginpu. The other day, I had a miracle hit when I drank a sake brewed with Kamikawa Taisetsu's Ginkaze, so I thought I'd like a Ginkaze sake this time too, so I chose this one. Naturally the rice is from a different source, but this one is completely from the south of Hokkaido. The mouthfeel is very refreshing! The aroma is also light. How easy it is to drink! I don't find it to be fruity at all. So the refreshing feeling is not disturbed, and it is clear all the way to the mouth and down the throat. I really like Ginpu. This is the one that I won't find at the liquor store next week. It's great to meet another delicious sake brewery in Hokkaido again. They are planning to release a Junmai Daiginjo next spring, and I'm definitely buying it. Are you sure? It's a must buy. (I said it twice because it's important.) By the way, Hakodate has delicious local beer. I wonder if it's the water. I'm on my way to conquer the whole country, but I think I'll get further away by repeating Hokkaido's sake. Such sake. Cheers.

のーさんHe seems to like the sake of Yamagata Prefecture. I'd like to buy sake from areas I haven't recorded, but the liquor store recommended Yamagata Prefecture this time, so I couldn't help it. It's a strange name, isn't it, Shwach? As the name suggests, it's very refreshing, and I felt that it was suitable for summer. I opened the bottle carefully because I was told to be careful about spilling when opening the bottle. I've included a photo of it poured into a glass, as it was wonderfully bubbly. The bubbles are gushing out. The sweetness comes first on the palate, but it doesn't linger for long and is refreshing. At the end, you can feel the arrival of summer with the sake sensation coming through the nose. Yes, this is the type of beer that will be gone in no time. As expected, it was gone in about two hours. I'm the kind of person who likes to take my time drinking, but I couldn't control myself. After all, I can't help it if the next day is a day off. Even without that, it was very easy to drink and I went on drinking. According to the liquor store owner, the "Ki" in Kamikimoto becomes "Kame" when the sake is brewed with Kame-no-o, and I really want to try that one next time. Such sake. Cheers.

のーさんI was attracted by the label and bought it. It is a half brewery of Ota Shuzo in Mie prefecture. It is fresh in our memory that this sake brewery was the toast of the Ise-Shima Summit. The gentle aroma that is not that strong is pleasant, and when it is included in the mouth, the peachy-sweet feeling comes. I'm sorry to say this is my own personal impression, but I feel that raw sake has a straightforward taste and aroma, and a ruggedness that hides behind its unique unfiltered flavor, and it becomes rounder as time passes after opening the bottle. It is the same with this sake, it is not only refreshing, it is not only fragrant, it has a solid core, I feel like I am being told. (I'll take your criticism, "What the hell is this guy talking about?" in my mind.) Yes, I'm already drunk. I have a feeling that I'll be able to drink more easily tomorrow and the day after. If I finish this, I'll run out of stock, so I think I'll go out and buy some more tomorrow. It's been a tough day at work today, so I'm glad to have a good drink like this. I think a good drink can make you face yourself. It's hard to drink with my friends at the moment, but I'm looking forward to the day when we can drink together face to face. Such sake. Cheers.
